For the size of the dealership and the entire staff, it’s always nice to be received as soon as we enter the dealership. Everyone is always willing to help with anything that comes to mind. Particularly on Friday, 8/2/19, after our 2016 Explorer service was complete. While waiting, I was looking over the 2019 Fusion Sport and felt this is the right size vehicle for my wife and mentioned it Mike Williams. We looked it over together and Adam Halaszynski joined in. That was it, I called my Joyce and she thought it was right herself. All this going on when Jacob Groeneveld came into the show room to tell me our Explorer was ready to go. By now we were having a friendly chat as to whether we should by the Fusion or not and Charlie Pierce joined in and work it out guys. I went home, over one hour away, picked up Joyce and returned to the show room. The Fusion was out full of gas and ready for Joyce to test drive. That was around 7:00pm. Test drive over, it went well and the paperwork began. Bottom line, the deal was well within our budget and we left for home around 10:00 pm with our Fusion. The only one missing was Danielle Blakey.
