Just need that communication between sales and service. If I had a loaner I would not have to have lost a days vacation. Plus the fact there is no owners manual and I had to pay for the one I believe is necessary makes it worse. And maybe after waiting for this tire all day a car wash would have helped as well. Common at all or most other dealers. Would call with a direct number to the GM or email. Thanks
