Great dealership to do business with. Had been looking for a new F-250 in my area but kept getting told the truck I wanted would have to be special ordered. I thought is was simple, Crew cab, 6.2 gas engine & blue jeans color. After checking the internet I found one in NY state. Checked on it then found one at Town & Country. Called them and it was still available. Drove up on Saturday, checked it out, liked it. Had a spot on the fender that was to the metal. Paper work got signed, a loaner vehicle was brought up for us to get home while they repaired the damage. Then they drove it to my house (2 1/2 - 3 hours away) and dropped it off with me. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. More

We were greeted by a salesman that was not pushy or impatient and was able to either answer all of our questions, or was able to find out quickly so we could make an informed decision. We were in and out with a new car within a few hours. Best experience I've had at a dealership in many years. They had good financing options and I didn't feel ripped of when I left. Disrespectful employees!!! I took my son to purchase a car we emailed about. As we are waiting on it another couple started talking to a salesman about it. That salesman was rud I took my son to purchase a car we emailed about. As we are waiting on it another couple started talking to a salesman about it. That salesman was rude, disrespectful and talked about my adult son openly/loudly. He even commented that we don't "hold" cars despite the email I rcd. That said it would have a 24 hour hold. Then had the nerve to laugh with his customer saying we couldn't even drive a stick! Awful service!! More
