But from the minute I walked in and met Daniel Rivera, it was easy, comfortable and encouraging. I felt NO pressure and felt completely comfortable, taking my time to make a decision. Daniel is smart, kind and very on-point with good customer service. I later met Suat, who helped with the price and financing. He was very sweet and easy to negotiate with. Then, came Peyton Byrd, who was sharp, professional, yet easy to communicate with and helped close the process with simplicity. Karen was the person who helped with the final paperwork. She was fast, efficient and very nice. Then, the cherry on top was that Daniel had the car detailed for me and he personally delivered it to me the next day. Bruton Smith started this dealership about 40 years ago. He can be proud, what it has become. I will shop there again and I highly recommend it. More

Unexpected Surprise I went in to have my 2012 Escape inspected and new tires installed. While I waited, I went in and looked around at the cars on display. I was curious about the 2018 models and how they would be to see out of. I was impressed, but what stuck in my mind was that the new model cost less than the used 2012 I purchased 4 years ago. So I went to talk to someone and the next thing I know, I am test driving a 2018 model and discussing options. Before I left, I bought a new 2018 Escape model with 11 miles on it. The paperwork was simple, Ford took care of everything, arranging the details, trade in, etc. Seamless process. More
Disrespect I have purchased several vehicles from Town and Country Ford over the past 18 years and have to say I will not purchase another vehicle from here agai I have purchased several vehicles from Town and Country Ford over the past 18 years and have to say I will not purchase another vehicle from here again as long as the current management is in place. A small problem was met with miscommunication, failed commitments, and a complete failure to communicate which turned the small/minor problem into a large complex issue. Which equates to disrespect. More
