NOT TRUTHFUL I found a CPO Fiesta with very low mileage, so I drove 4 hours to purchase this vehicle. The salesman seemed nice yet unwilling to go the extra mile. I found a CPO Fiesta with very low mileage, so I drove 4 hours to purchase this vehicle. The salesman seemed nice yet unwilling to go the extra mile. I asked if they could adjust the out the door price a couple hundred dollars. He said they are like carmax, no negations. The price was still good compared to what you would pay in the Lynchburg VA area. They also say they will bring the vehicle to you within 2 hours. I asked about meeting, he said they would need to hire someone to drive since I didn't have a trade in and I would need to pay for that. Being in VA we have front license plates, the car did not have a mount for one. My father in-law told the salesman we needed one, he walked inside not sure if he spoke with anyone. When he came back he said they will mail one, after 2 1/2 weeks never got it, called several times on his cell he wouldn't answer his phone since he already made the sale. Called to speak with manager who got him to call me with another lie, it was mailed and returned because they shipped to wrong address but another one went out today which was 5 business days ago and still no bracket. Just tell me you are not sending it so I can purchase one. I know it is just a plate mount but I don't like being lied to, that is what salesmen do best. The vehicle has been fine although the inspection they gave this CPO was not done very well. I have found several minor issues that should have been addressed prior to the delivery of the vehicle. lucky it is still covered under the manufactures warranty and they are being repaired. More
