They gave us options with a vehicle from the Internet that was the our first choice on color, but in the end we went with a Ranger Lariat from stock and drove it home the same afternoon. NO PRESSURE! I had been shopping for a few months for a new work truck. My focus was on a pre owned vehicle. I came across a listing for a New vehicle that met my criteria from Town and Country Ford of Charlotte. There pricing for a New truck was within my same budget for a pre-owned one. There pricing was low and straight forward. What I liked most was that there were no high pressure Sales people sitting outside waiting to pounce. The non-pressure atmosphere was exactly what I needed to focus on my needs and if the vehicle met those needs, instead of having some one over my shoulder telling what my needs were and selling me on something I did not need. The Salesman David was always available to answer my questions and seal the deal. Even and the end of the sale , there were no "games" from a sales manager to pressure me into after market items such as warranties, coatings, mats etc. Everything was offered and explained up front and allowed me time to make my decision. For the size of the dealership and the entire staff, it’s always nice to be received as soon as we enter the dealership. Everyone is always willing to help with anything that comes to mind. Particularly on Friday, 8/2/19, after our 2016 Explorer service was complete. While waiting, I was looking over the 2019 Fusion Sport and felt this is the right size vehicle for my wife and mentioned it Mike Williams. We looked it over together and Adam Halaszynski joined in. That was it, I called my Joyce and she thought it was right herself. All this going on when Jacob Groeneveld came into the show room to tell me our Explorer was ready to go. By now we were having a friendly chat as to whether we should by the Fusion or not and Charlie Pierce joined in and work it out guys. I went home, over one hour away, picked up Joyce and returned to the show room. The Fusion was out full of gas and ready for Joyce to test drive. That was around 7:00pm. Test drive over, it went well and the paperwork began. Bottom line, the deal was well within our budget and we left for home around 10:00 pm with our Fusion. The only one missing was Danielle Blakey. We're extremely with two little kids and a disabled hubs, so I don't have time to run it back and forth to the dealership constantly while working full time and they don't offer a rental when they keep it for repairs. I tried to sell it back and they offered to buy it for $9K less then what they're asking us to pay on it. It has not been a great experience from the first week after purchase when the problems started and due to the lack of customer service and understanding over the matter, I would highly not recommend anyone to buy from this dealership nor a Ford in general. More
