The sales person I dealt with (Pip) was very knowledgable, professional and bent over backwards to make the deal happen. He spent more time than was necessary with me but I was very grateful. He stayed in excellent communication with me and even pulled my car around for me when it was ready. I’ve been a loyal customer with Young Ford for over 20 years and this Guy is so good at his job I thought he was a manager or at least should be. I’m so happy my Ac was fixed in a few days and I will always trust these guys to take care of my car and me. More
BUYER CAUTION Having purchased a new F150 from Town and Country Ford of Charlotte back in 2013, I came back to this dealer based on the prior experience I had with Having purchased a new F150 from Town and Country Ford of Charlotte back in 2013, I came back to this dealer based on the prior experience I had with Suat. Unfortunately, my latest experience was not nearly as good. To get straight to it, I wanted to caution future buyers that are going through T&C's sales system and that have reserved a time to view a vehicle at this dealership to call ahead day of incase they have double booked viewings for the same vehicle. Even then, walk-ins still take precedence even if you have a reserved time and had worked with three separate individuals at this location on a deal (two customer service agents, Lance and Joseph and one Sales Manager, Charles). Having spent the prior two weeks discussing the vehicle I was interested in with the aforementioned individuals along with discussing terms and trade-in, I scheduled an appointment to view the vehicle I wanted. My wife and I arranged for a sitter for my 5 year old and spent the next hour + driving to this location. Arriving a few minutes late, we were greeted with one of their sales experience guides only to be told 5 minutes later that the vehicle was sold. Livid, I mentioned to the experience guide that my wife and I drove a distance and had a reservation to view the vehicle including talking with Charles the day before (who had me download the car trade-in app and take several photos to determine my trade-in value. After several failed attempts to get ahold of Charles later that day, I called their general sales number again and was presented with Joseph Miller who had confirmed my appointment time). The experience guide got Charles, told him the situation and they disappeared for 10 minutes, only adding to my frustration. While waiting in the lobby, I approached the general manager, Charlie, who I recognized from the website and told him the dilemma. The GM made no effort to empathize with the situation and brushed me off saying 'it happens all the time'. Gaining in frustration, my wife and I left the show room floor and headed outside only to see the vehicle I had an appointment to see driving off the lot with its new buyer (salt in the wound). To add to it, Charles and the experience guide then show up a minute later in a vehicle close to what I had intended to purchase but not quite. They just assumed I would accept a lesser vehicle in terms of trim albeit a few years newer. After acknowledging that I wasn't interested, my wife and I got in my car to then be greeted by a voicemail I received from the dealership. It was a woman at the front desk explaining that the vehicle I wanted had been sold and hoped I wasn't too far along in my trip to the dealership...sigh. Given the COVID situation which we were told was the reason for the reservation, we assumed incorrectly that the vehicle would be available and held for us. Regardless of the situation or prior commitments or dealings, potential walk-ins and money in hand will always take precedence. More

I’ve had my truck in the body shop twice. Daryl Price is the one I had been dealing with for my repairs. I was very satisfied with Darrell in the work and repair on my truck.
