Service was good, the process efficient. Employees were friendly and polite. Will likely continue using T&C Ford for service on y 2020 Ranger. I still have two issues that evidently cannot or will not be friendly and polite. Will likely continue using T&C Ford for service on y 2020 Ranger. Also when open the tailgate is slightly higher than the bed of the truck and causes a problem unloading heavy objects. I have been told there is no adjustment that can be made. So still somewhat disgruntled with Ford and the dealership. More
