Been trying for just under a year to get a refund on money owed for GAP insurance. Can never get a call back/email from “Marie/Maria” in finance. Manager was supposed yo email me the forms….he didn’t. R money owed for GAP insurance. Can never get a call back/email from “Marie/Maria” in finance. Manager was supposed yo email me the forms….he didn’t. Receptionist told me where I can submit documents online - emailed for a status update. No response and now I’m back to calling. If they’re not taking your money… they don’t give a xxxx about you. this place is absolutely horrible. More

Sales person Luis Cabrera was helpful, patient with our questions. NOT PUSHY AT ALL. He was AWESOME. Rob with finance was another story. He didn't honor our drafting with TDECU, he ran a credit applicat questions. NOT PUSHY AT ALL. He was AWESOME. Rob with finance was another story. My wife and I had our deal, already made with the Credit Union but he didn't care just so he could make his $500 added fee on the contract. Also he totally changed his demeanor when we didn't sign or go for any of the warranties. I know its his job to sell but he was so upset, that even wrote down the wrong name on the Temp Purchase sheet that we have to have in the vehicle while we wait for plates. This whole process could of been smoother, but he made us not want to go back to that dealership. EVER AGAIN. We drove 2 hours away and to come back with that sour taste of our experience. It's just sad. More
