Showed up on time only to find that the trim I was interested in is not available and there is another trim available. When I asked the salesman to take a look at it, he refused saying it's pointless. He also refused to appraise my car. Was super rude. I can hear him laughing with his manager and when I told him that this is not how you are supposed to treat customers, he basically said f you. Worst experience in a dealership ever. More
THIS DEALERSHIP IS A MESS. I brought my SUV in for a problem with one of my tires, no one before I brought it in could figure out why the truck bounce so much once you got to 4 I brought my SUV in for a problem with one of my tires, no one before I brought it in could figure out why the truck bounce so much once you got to 45 mph. So I decide to take it to the dealership. Anthony called with the problem and said it was a bent rim and said a new one would be $1100.00. Not happening, I said well we will not be doing that and he said that one of my CV joints was going, so I said go ahead and repair that. After picking up my car I notice the cover over the tire was missing. mind you i have been under my car several times because I was trying to find out the problem for the bouncing of the tire. So I noticed the missing part and called the dealership back and spoke with Jace who argues me down and went to speak with the technician and the tech said it was missing when I brought the SUV in. I for fact it was not missing because I had just looked at it the day before, and on top of that I have a witness that knows that it was there before. So of course no one wants to own up to the missing part and just wants to brush it off. Bad customer service. More

Amy Shamblott is the worst service department person I have had to deal with. For starters, she tries to sell me stuff I don’t need and LIES to my face (I have witness) about recall done on my vehicle, wh have had to deal with. For starters, she tries to sell me stuff I don’t need and LIES to my face (I have witness) about recall done on my vehicle, which if I didn’t call back and get more information, I would have thought recall was completed. She then proceeded to tell me, part is ordered and will call me to schedule service. Town North is the worst dealership as I have had nothing but bad experiences with them!! More
Today my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Dawson Kornegay! While he wasn’t actually the salesman we were originally supposed to see, as that gentleman wasn’t available to assist us, Dawson as Dawson Kornegay! While he wasn’t actually the salesman we were originally supposed to see, as that gentleman wasn’t available to assist us, Dawson asked if we’d been assisted yet and immediately took us in and helped us get the car we had our hearts set on! Hands down the best car buying experience ever, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! More
If I could give them a -10 I would. This was THE WORST dealership I have ever worked with. It first begins with Rick Ackold. He has know idea what he's doing. Every question we asked hi This was THE WORST dealership I have ever worked with. It first begins with Rick Ackold. He has know idea what he's doing. Every question we asked him was met with a lie. We arrived at their dealership around 12:30 pm. We were interested in two vehicles, that when we called, we told were still available. When we got there, no one knew where one of the vehicles was, and the other, they had parked to the side because they said it was on hold for a potential buyer flying in from out of town. As we began to walk off, one of the sellers came out and said, they hadn't heard from the other guy so "first come first serve". We test drove the vehicle, liked it, talked it through and after about on hour, we decided to move forward. After negotiating the price and allowing them to run our credit, (there's still a lot of things I'm leaving out) we were told we were good to go and we went to the finance department to sign the paperwork. First I have to mention that from the time we decided to move forward to the time we finally made it to finance was 4 hours. They kept lying to us and had us waiting, but at the time we didn't know why. Finally we found out that the other customer who had inquired about the vehicle had just arrived and he was raising xxxx about us buying the car. We were told by the sales manager that we were good to go, we were also told by the sales manager that he was told there was other interest in the vehicle and that if he wanted to secure it, he needed to do a credit app and put down a deposit, which he declined to do. So after all of this xxxxxxxx, and after now 5 hours mind you, we get called into the dealership managers office and told that they decided to sell the car to the other guy because he went through the trouble of buying a plan ticket to come get it.. So the fact that he didn't do the credit app didn't count, the fact that he flatly declined at first didn't count, and the fact that my husband and I had did EVERTHING and had been there now for 7 hours didn't count. We could say that the car was sold to him and not us for race reasons, but I don't have proof of that. What I do have proof of is that they continuously lied to us, and wasted our entire day and had no real way to make it right other than try to put us in another vehicle with more miles and less features. If I can give you any advice it would be this, trust your gut, don't be afraid to ask questions, only work with a salesman you are comfortable with, and never be afraid to walk away! More
The Service Department is terrible and I have no intentions of ever using it again. Service Advisor was rude and seemed quite inpatient the moment he approached my car. Thankfully the Cedar Park loc intentions of ever using it again. Service Advisor was rude and seemed quite inpatient the moment he approached my car. Thankfully the Cedar Park location was able to service my vehicle with very little wait time and treated me with top-notched customer service. Town North has no use for the customer once they close the sale purchase deal. More
I was texted a reminder about an appointment I had on Monday, Sunday afternoon, when the car I had an appointment to come see had been sold that Saturday night. I wasn't informed of any of this until I a Monday, Sunday afternoon, when the car I had an appointment to come see had been sold that Saturday night. I wasn't informed of any of this until I arrived for my 10am appointment and was told the person my appointment was with wasn't going to be there until 11. I viewed the lot, and decided to move ahead with a different car, and after almost a week have heard nothing back, despite reaching out to my assigned concierge. More
The salesman was very respectful and he did help me find a vehicle. But unfortunately I we're at the dealership on a Saturday night after they close I wasn't even a mile away from the dealership and as soon a vehicle. But unfortunately I we're at the dealership on a Saturday night after they close I wasn't even a mile away from the dealership and as soon as my Chevy Malibu hit 50 it ran like started jumping and not wanting to drive I took me 2 hours to get home on a 1 hour trip. Because it was a Saturday and they had closed the vehicle started acting up I called him Sunday they were closed I emailed them they told me to bring the vehicle in but I did not feel safe taking it back to him so they picked up the vehicle me expecting them to give me a loaner I was not giving one fine. The other gentleman that I spoke with since the car loan was still open I asked him there was no way I could get another vehicle he could help me get into another vehicle and he basically told me no that he didn't want to help me that he was done so I guess I will never do business with them again you better had to end this way I will not be going back there and I'll make sure that none of my family does either or friends More
Do not do business with dealership. I would have rated it a zero. I called to confirm a vehicle was available. Did everything online. Called to confirm everything was what they needed. I would have rated it a zero. I called to confirm a vehicle was available. Did everything online. Called to confirm everything was what they needed. I sent pictures of the trade in vehicle. I received the trade in value and decided to proceed with the deal. I called and left messages. I agreed to have the vehicle delivered to my home. Two days went by, and still no response. Then on the 3rd day, at 6:20 in the evening, a sales person called. Asked if I was going to come and pick the vehicle or have it delivered. I told him it was to be delivered. He said, then we will see you the next day. The next day, at 11, a salesperson, called and said we needed to talk numbers, I said, no, because I already had the agreed price and for the trade in. He insisted, the numbers had changed and I would need to provide another $5,000 on top of what I already had. Another 5 calls transpired, saying he was checking with his manager about the numbers. I did not budge on the agreed numbers I had from the beginning. I did not buy the vehicle which appears to have been to his satisfaction. The trade in price was good through March 22 and the final calling was March 17th. More
