I replied back to your email again and told you could get back to me anytime you were good with waited over a week still no response from the general manager so like I said once they have there money they don’t give a s. For starters, like I said in my complaint, I called today 7/25 and service guy (didn’t get name) told me part is ordered, will receive tomorrow, but can’t see me till Friday! What?!?!? It’s a recall, you can’t get me in sooner? Let me know how you are going to fix this!

Amy should take courses on customer service. I don’t like being lied to and then to tell me I left too soon when she started to ring up my girlfriend (who also witnessed our conversation) then did not call me and explain that the warranty had not been done. What are you going to do to fix this problem Phil Auguste General Manager!!
