I was very satisfied with the service I received! I felt welcomed and they helped me and my son as soon as we entered the lot. We came home with something we wanted and loved. They still owe me money for a cancelled tire warranty in which they forged my signature on...forcing me to refinance. It's been months of calling corporate and opening complaints. Guess court is my only option. Wish I'd never stepped foot in the place!!! More
In 2 years since purchasing, I have only brought my Kicks here, even for my state inspection. They are always so pleasant and thoughtful. Today when it should have been a 4 hour wait, they got me in and out here, even for my state inspection. They are always so pleasant and thoughtful. Today when it should have been a 4 hour wait, they got me in and out in 45 minutes. I love them. More
I bought my first car two years ago from another dealer, and I knew nothing about cars. When my Nissan started having issues I didn't know where to go or what to do. I went to a couple "certified" facilit and I knew nothing about cars. When my Nissan started having issues I didn't know where to go or what to do. I went to a couple "certified" facilities that ended up screwing me over both workmanship and monetary wise. When I was done learning my lesson, I finally located my local Nissan Dealership (Town North Nissan). I was a bit skeptical about taking my car to a dealership because I've been told my entire life to stay away from dealerships. I am glad I didn't listen to what people told me. I have worked with nearly all of the service advisers at this point, and they all have been great. There is one advisor in particular that has stood out to me the most, and her name is Amy. She has been the service advisor that has worked with me on all my repairs/services this past year. Whenever I need an oil change, hear a noise, or something stops working as it should, I can rest assured knowing that I just need to make an appointment and Amy will have have the issue resolved quickly. At most dealerships/repair facilities, the job of a service advisor ends once you pay and drive off the lot with your serviced vehicle. Not with Amy, she treats you like family. I had mentioned during one of my recent service appointments that I was interested in trading in for a newer vehicle. Amy dropped what she was doing to introduce me to Linda the car appraisal extraordinaire. I was a bit nervous at the beginning of the process, but the Town North Team made me feel right at home. Linda introduced me to Derek in car sales who assisted me in selecting my next vehicle. The process from start to finish went by incredibly quickly but super smooth at the same time. My first car buying experience was nothing like this. From the moment I met Linda she made me her top priority and got my car appraised in the matter of minutes. I sat down with Derick to look over all of my options once my car had been appraised. I was thrown off because when I bought my first car, I was never asked what I was looking for in my next car. There were many great options on the lot, and a few stood out to me. I had many questions on many different models and Derek was able to answer all of them quickly and in depth. I finally found the car I really liked and was able to take it on a test drive. Half way through the drive I knew that I had picked the right dealership to buy from, the right car, and I had the best salesperson I could have asked for. I then began the financing process with the amazing finance team. They kept me updated from the second my application went through to the second I got the final approval. When it came time to sign the contracts, each document was explained to me in such great detail, I didn't have to worry that I was being tricked into signing something. Overall this car buying experience was an absolute dream. From car sales to car service, Town North Nissan is your one stop shop for all of your automotive needs. I will only be taking my car to this dealership, if you're smart you'll do the same thing. A big thanks again to Amy, Linda, Derek, and the finance team for making me feel like family and taking such great care of me during this process! More

Showed up on time only to find that the trim I was interested in is not available and there is another trim available. When I asked the salesman to take a look at it, he refused saying it's pointless. He also refused to appraise my car. Was super rude. I can hear him laughing with his manager and when I told him that this is not how you are supposed to treat customers, he basically said f you. Worst experience in a dealership ever. More
THIS DEALERSHIP IS A MESS. I brought my SUV in for a problem with one of my tires, no one before I brought it in could figure out why the truck bounce so much once you got to 4 I brought my SUV in for a problem with one of my tires, no one before I brought it in could figure out why the truck bounce so much once you got to 45 mph. So I decide to take it to the dealership. Anthony called with the problem and said it was a bent rim and said a new one would be $1100.00. Not happening, I said well we will not be doing that and he said that one of my CV joints was going, so I said go ahead and repair that. After picking up my car I notice the cover over the tire was missing. mind you i have been under my car several times because I was trying to find out the problem for the bouncing of the tire. So I noticed the missing part and called the dealership back and spoke with Jace who argues me down and went to speak with the technician and the tech said it was missing when I brought the SUV in. I for fact it was not missing because I had just looked at it the day before, and on top of that I have a witness that knows that it was there before. So of course no one wants to own up to the missing part and just wants to brush it off. Bad customer service. More

Amy Shamblott is the worst service department person I have had to deal with. For starters, she tries to sell me stuff I don’t need and LIES to my face (I have witness) about recall done on my vehicle, wh have had to deal with. For starters, she tries to sell me stuff I don’t need and LIES to my face (I have witness) about recall done on my vehicle, which if I didn’t call back and get more information, I would have thought recall was completed. She then proceeded to tell me, part is ordered and will call me to schedule service. Town North is the worst dealership as I have had nothing but bad experiences with them!! More
Today my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Dawson Kornegay! While he wasn’t actually the salesman we were originally supposed to see, as that gentleman wasn’t available to assist us, Dawson as Dawson Kornegay! While he wasn’t actually the salesman we were originally supposed to see, as that gentleman wasn’t available to assist us, Dawson asked if we’d been assisted yet and immediately took us in and helped us get the car we had our hearts set on! Hands down the best car buying experience ever, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! More
If I could give them a -10 I would. This was THE WORST dealership I have ever worked with. It first begins with Rick Ackold. He has know idea what he's doing. Every question we asked hi This was THE WORST dealership I have ever worked with. It first begins with Rick Ackold. He has know idea what he's doing. Every question we asked him was met with a lie. We arrived at their dealership around 12:30 pm. We were interested in two vehicles, that when we called, we told were still available. When we got there, no one knew where one of the vehicles was, and the other, they had parked to the side because they said it was on hold for a potential buyer flying in from out of town. As we began to walk off, one of the sellers came out and said, they hadn't heard from the other guy so "first come first serve". We test drove the vehicle, liked it, talked it through and after about on hour, we decided to move forward. After negotiating the price and allowing them to run our credit, (there's still a lot of things I'm leaving out) we were told we were good to go and we went to the finance department to sign the paperwork. First I have to mention that from the time we decided to move forward to the time we finally made it to finance was 4 hours. They kept lying to us and had us waiting, but at the time we didn't know why. Finally we found out that the other customer who had inquired about the vehicle had just arrived and he was raising xxxx about us buying the car. We were told by the sales manager that we were good to go, we were also told by the sales manager that he was told there was other interest in the vehicle and that if he wanted to secure it, he needed to do a credit app and put down a deposit, which he declined to do. So after all of this xxxxxxxx, and after now 5 hours mind you, we get called into the dealership managers office and told that they decided to sell the car to the other guy because he went through the trouble of buying a plan ticket to come get it.. So the fact that he didn't do the credit app didn't count, the fact that he flatly declined at first didn't count, and the fact that my husband and I had did EVERTHING and had been there now for 7 hours didn't count. We could say that the car was sold to him and not us for race reasons, but I don't have proof of that. What I do have proof of is that they continuously lied to us, and wasted our entire day and had no real way to make it right other than try to put us in another vehicle with more miles and less features. If I can give you any advice it would be this, trust your gut, don't be afraid to ask questions, only work with a salesman you are comfortable with, and never be afraid to walk away! More
