WILL SELL YOU A LEMON. they'll definitely do whatever they can to get u in a car, but once you drive that car away they will never help you ever again. I was sold a used vehicle and extended warranty, now that my car is FALLING APART due to electrical issues they are ducking me, avoiding me, giving me run around after run around, giving me a different answer every time I speak to them. NO help with rental cars, no assistance with towing while I was stranded in the middle of the highway. And they won't even LOOK at my car after I've brought it in multiple times and called to make multiple appointments. This place is a terrible terrible scam please stay away. More

Johnny Parker is a person that should not be Working at Nissan. I have had 2 incidents with him that were completely unprofessional. First one I had a check egine light on and I wanted to know updates on Nissan. I have had 2 incidents with him that were completely unprofessional. First one I had a check egine light on and I wanted to know updates on my car, I called him various times and not once did he answer. I had to text him and hours later decided to respond with updates on my car. I am not a car expert so I asked what exactly was going on with my car. I continued calling him to get answers and he didn't bother to pick up once. I texted him and finally answered with a vague response that did not make sense at all. I went into the Town North Nissan and asked for him and he could not be found anywhere. I waited 30 minutes for him to come to the service area and his coworkers and manager could not find him either. I waisted my time and got no help that day whatsoever. 2nd time 4/25/23. I made my appintment at 7am to get my oil change like I always do every few months and have never had a problem. I got attended to by Johnny Parker again and decided to drop off my car while I ran some erands. I come back at 9am and asked if my car is ready and tells me it's not ready. I asked why if it never takes 2 hours to get an oil change. Responds "idk paperwork didn't go through", I asked him what does that even mean? Responds "paperwork didn't go through", with the most driest response and no explanation, I was fed up and decided to talk to his manager. Manager let me know that Johnny boy didn't put in my paperwork which was his fault and didn't have the guts to accpet his error. I understand everyone makes mistakes but if you can't stand up for your errors and want to speak to me like a child, honey this ain't the job for you and should probably go work somewhere else. I don't know how he hasn't gotten fired yet. He has his earbuds in and is on his phone majority of the time which is what I'm guessing was his problem. Being on his phone and not taking care of customers needs. More
Do not buy a car, truck, suv , or sports car. I repeat do not buy from here. Very poor management and nobody picks up the phone or calls back. I bought a new 370Z 2020 and the tow hook was not in the trunk at time of purchase, now I need it and it’s not in the car. I called Ozzy Vizcarra the new car sales manager and he said that’s not his problem and said I have to go buy one myself. I am still waiting for Phill Auguste to call me back the general manager after spending 37k. I would think a $100 tow hook would not be a problem for them to give me since it was supposed to be equipped with the car at time of purchase. I never looked for it because I never needed it until now. I will never ever buy a car from this dealership again and I would never suggest anyone to buy from here. -David.S More
TL;DR - Some Service Advisors here may install parts or repairs without permission, add it to the invoice, and provide false reasons for doing so. Management will not address issues and seemingly don't car repairs without permission, add it to the invoice, and provide false reasons for doing so. Management will not address issues and seemingly don't care about unethical practices within their ranks. On 9/22/22, I dropped off one of our company's fleet vehicles at the service center for an oil change, tire rotation, and battery replacement. The Service Advisor, Anthony S., called to inform me the vehicle was ready on 9/23/22. This is when I discovered that two new tires and wiper blades ($449.75!) were added onto the service without approval. He told me that it was the first time that he had used the software Auto Integrate, but that he spoke with a representative at Enterprise that gave approval and something like "It's not like I'm treating fleet accounts like a piggy bank to just replace a bunch of parts". I told him that Enterprise is our insurance provider and had no authority to approve anything to which he replied that I should speak with them. When I came to pick up the vehicle on 9/26/22 he again pushed the blame between Enterprise and myself only this time he said he received automatic approval via Auto Integrate, showing me how he did it on his computer screen. His whole demeanor was rude and aggressive so I just signed the invoice to charge it to our Fleet Management software Fleetio as usual and left. I've spoken with our representative at Enterprise to confirm that we are in fact not on their maintenance program so no approvals could have been executed on their end. I also see that a recall was completed which is a little odd since the Service Advisor Joe P. told me there were no active recalls on this model just days earlier when I brought in another fleet vehicle of the same year and model. We just wanted to let someone in management know why we are no longer considering Town North for our (30 vehicle) fleet maintenance and repair needs. Service Manager Brandie T. finally responded to my email on this issue after 2 weeks but never followed up to my concerns to this day, 11/9/22. Service Advisors Amy, Jace, Chris and Parts Advisor David have all been friendly and professional during our experience at the dealership. More
