Great experience at Town North Austin Nissan. No hidden charges. Very nice sales guy (Isaac). Isaac’s manager, (Carlos), and the finance manager were fantastic. Note: Definitely don’t go to the South Austin Nissan dealership on South IH35 as they had $3500 hidden charges for what they called EPP (Environmental Protection Plan) for unneeded things like tinted windows and nitrogen air in your tires. It’s worth the drive to go to the Town North Austin Nissan dealer on Research Blvd. They were super nice and very honest, quick to help us and we made the sale without any stress. We were very happy to do business with Isaac and Carlos at Town “North” Austin Nissan dealership. Again, don’t go to the South Austin Nissan unless you want a bad experience. More

Saw maxima I wanted and met Jimmy Hoang who is a great salesperson.The car had just arrived and wasn't ready for sale yet but we agreed to buy and left full purchase price check.My wife had an asthma atta salesperson.The car had just arrived and wasn't ready for sale yet but we agreed to buy and left full purchase price check.My wife had an asthma attack when she opened then door of the car behind it had been owned by a smoker.Jimmy said it would be bombed but when she got on the hi6to leave she had another asthma attack while driving.J said they used another product ot the bomb but would really bomb it this time.Came back and was able to drive home ok. Car has sat since then so I hope it's great. But Jimmi6really took care of the situation and kept us apprised of details.He is a great asset to dealership. The gentleman we finalized the papers with was very congenial and seemed to really like his job. We have bought 3 Zcars,1pickup,4 new MA imas,and 2 used Maximas from your dealership.We have bought cars so long ago back when (of course we were trusted customers)you could take cars home for several days to try them out.If you can believe that. Also had Z car from San Marcos Nissan in the 70s and a Z car from CenTex Datsun ,Austin's first dealership owned by Pierce Johnson. Thanks for the great experience so far, going to get tinting,rims,and sound system ti match my last Maxima and then it'll be great.it More

So it’s been several weeks now since we bought our car from this dealership. I now feel compelled to share our experience. We traded a truck in and the price they gave us was actually really great. The car was promised to be delivered to us since we are in Houston we were just gonna do a simple trade out look over each car, and go our way if everything looked great. The car was supposed to be delivered to us around 6 PM. The salesman called us around 730 or eight explaining that he was going to be late around 1030. The salesman then said he was still running late but on the way I told him it would be OK but we could do this tomorrow as it was already getting late. He ended up getting to my house with his girlfriend around 230 AM. Super weird imo. I asked him if we could look over the car over the next few days and make sure everything was good and he agreed and said that was fine. We did the paperwork and even left an expensive dash cam in the truck because we forgot to pull it out which we were later told that we couldn’t have it back because it was as is, which is fine, understandable, I guess. One of the tires was low on air when we received the car. After filling it up and waiting another day or two it was flat again. We took it to Discount and they said that they had a problem with the sidewall, not a puncture, and it had to be replaced. after multiple phone calls with the dealership and then trying not to help us out they finally agreed to pay half for a new set of tires. We did our research and got the lowest costs around $600 so they would end up paying 300$. But when it came time to replace the tires, they gave us half of their originally agreed-upon amount (150$) and that was it. Kind of a slap in the face really. Since then we have not received a phone call about the car. Any updates? No questions about our experience,no follow up, it’s been nothing. Over all I would not buy from them again. More
