The dealership's reported vehicle inspection was nothing but smoke and mirrors, as the car we received was a ticking time bomb of safety hazards. The initial offer negotiation process should have been a red flag when we were presented with a number that was significantly higher than the posted price. When we inquired about this we were informed that since we were paying cash the price was higher since the dealership would not be receiving additional fees from financing charges. A week after having the car home we took it in for a minor issue and upon further inspection numerous safety issues were noted that should have been addressed prior to selling the vehicle as these issues could have placed anyone driving the car in harms way. We understand that in buying a used vehicle there is no warranty and there may be minor issues, however, one does not anticipate a large dealership to allow an UNSAFE vehicle to leave their lot. Additionally, the dealership reported an oil change and documented it in the vehicle maintenance history however after only driving the vehicle a total of less than 300 miles the oil that was drained during the required repairs was dirty, leading us to believe the reported maintenance was false. If you are looking for a pleasant buying experience and to purchase a safe used vehicle I strongly recommend you avoid this dealership and go elsewhere. More
Called today simply to get my service records, I have been going to town north Nissan since I bought my car back in 2020. As he's rushing me off the phone I ask what email he has on file for me only to find out they don't have an email on file. While on hold I get hung up on. I called again, this time a different employee tells me they can't just email me my records. While being rude and giving me attitude, he says I have to go to the location to get copies, I live 50min away. He "transfers" me to someone else and again they hang up on me. Clearly protocol isn't well knows between employees since I was told different things within a 10 min window. I called again and asked to speak to a manager to hopefully get the situation taken care of. Again, I only wanted my service records. A "manager" by the name of Phill Auguste calls me and is immediately rude. He cut me off as I'm trying to explain the situation that transpired just an hour earlier. After I address his tone & lack of manners from someone who is supposed to be in management he finally says he can email me the paperwork I was asking for. I have been doing business with this specific location for years so to see their customer service go downhill so quickly is very disheartening. It's been a week and I still have my contract. Trying to get it is like pulling teeth. I have practically begged for it and I still don't have it. Christian the finance guy said he would email it and I'm still waiting. The final deal was that a couple of dents were going to be fixed if I signed on the dotted line. I left my car and picked it up in the same condition the next day. Nobody knows why they couldn't fix the dents. Now I feel I was swindled. I wish I could've seen these reviews prior to purchasing my car. Out of the three dealers I've purchased from, this one has been by far the worst. I don't recommend it More

Worst experience I've ever had buying a used vehicle. The used car manager Carlos Muller and the agreement of purchase of a Chevy Traverse for $7000. The vehicle had issues like AC didn't work, parking sensers were out but they were going to fix them before I purchased the vehicle. I left the dealership and waited a week for them to fix the car but it had not even gotten into the shop. I decided to come back to the dealership and was told if I purchased it then they would rush the repair becase the car had already been purchased. I decided to buy it and had it finaced. When they showed me the contract price they added another $1000 and I told them NO, Carlos and I signed the agreement of $7000. He shows me a paper saying they have to do all this work to it and trying to recoop some of the cost. We agured back and forth on the price and I settles at 7275.00 due to me wanting the car. Ethics in the dealership is non existant. We got agreed on a price then later they renig and want more money for the car. (1st mistakeof me buying) A week and a half later I haven't recieved a call, or text or anything about the car. I called the salesman Isaac B. who has the worst customer service skills I've seen as a salesman. I called him and he tells me the mechanic ordered the wrong sensor and had to reorder it. I waited another couple of days and texted him again about the car. He said it was ready to go. GREAT... I go to the dealership and get my keys and get in the car and turn on the AC because its hot outside and it blows nothing but hot air. The AC had not even been touched and still broken. Carlos the manager told me I will take care of it and will call you when completed. I waited 2 days and never got a call or text from neither the salesman, Isaac or the manager, Carlos. When I texted Isaac if the car was ready days later he said it was ready to go. I came to the dealership and to pick up my SUV. The TMPS lights were on and I told Isaac that these lights were not on when i first drove the car. He said a tire sensor was out and were not going to fix it becuase they had already put money into the car. I left and took it home. The next day I went to a tire shop to fix the sensor and they told me that 3 of the sensors were out. Isaac lies about the car being broke, the dealership refuses to fix issues they were goint to fix. (2nd mistake of me buying the car) I get the car home after replace all the sensor and my parking sensor light comes on which is what I waited for 2 weeks for the dealership to fix. I looked up the code and it said the the parking sensors needed to get replace which is what the dealership was suppose to do. I sent an email to Carlos the used car manager, the General manger of the dealership Phill Aguste and no one has replied or called me. I don't trust this dealership, will never go back and purchase a vehicle there nor will I recomment anyone to go there. The lie and I have no trust in them, their ethics in teating customer is out the window, their mechanics can't fix a simple AC and sensor, No communication between customer and staff, they don't call, or text or let you know what is going on with your vehicle, They never had business when I was ther at the dealership and now I know why. All the salesmen just played with their phones at their desk. VERY, VERY, Unprofessional group of people. More
