I’ve had three disappointing interactions with them in the last two weeks. First, I tried to drop off my car and stood in their office at least 15 minutes before I finally found someone to help me. Second, I had a problem with the car very soon after the appointment, so I called to ask if it was related to the recalls they did. Twice Joe said he didn’t know what recalls they did, even though I’d given my full name and the year/model of my car. I actually had to suggest that maybe he could look it up. Third, Johnny left me a voicemail during my second appointment. I called back and had to leave a message. I also texted. Several hours passed before I picked up the car and he never responded to either. How can they hire such unhelpful jerks for customer service jobs?! More

As soon as I stepped in I was welcomed in and Jose was the one that showed me 2 different Altimas, one that I had seen online and one I had seen on the lot. When I was purchasing a SUV, I was lied to by telling me they had fixed the issued with my SUV. We had agreed they would fix it before I took it home. After I discovered the propblem wasn't fixe I took they had fixed the issued with my SUV. We had agreed they would fix it before I took it home. After I discovered the propblem wasn't fixe I took my SUV to the Chevrolet dealership, they charged me $2000 to fix what they told me that had taken care of. Both, the manager and the sales person lied to me saying they had fixed the problem. It seems you cannot get someone to be honest and tell you the truth but instead they tell you lies so they can make a sale. This dealership is not worth anyone's business. At the minimum I expected honesty but something so simple and ethical practice did not happen. More
