I found my new favorite dealership! Drove 2 hours to get here and was not the least bit disappointed. Smooth process from start to finish was 1 hour tops. I took delivery of a 2024 with 1500 miles on it when it was dark outside. I noticed the next day it had body damage. I texted the salesman and told him, he said he’d get with his manager to see what he say was dark outside. I noticed the next day it had body damage. I texted the salesman and told him, he said he’d get with his manager to see what he says. The next day I get a text back from him. The text said my manager knew of the damage and that’s why it was sold for the price it was sold for. Never heard anything back from the salesperson or manager. Is this the way all group 1 dealers do buisness? Customer service at its worst I must say. More
