I was looking for a specific vehicle in Louisiana, I couldn’t find it. I found the vehicle at Town north in Texas by searching online. I called and was connected to a sales representative named Michael couldn’t find it. I found the vehicle at Town north in Texas by searching online. I called and was connected to a sales representative named Michael Leyzerzon (pure luck). Dealing with this man was the best experience I ever had at a dealership. Michael was courteous, personable and he knew his product well. He spent a lot of time explaining all we needed to know about the car before we left the dealership. My wife and I drove 4-1/2 hours to buy this car and would do it again after meeting Mr.Leyzerzon. I’m retired and bought many cars in my lifetime. I don’t remember any good experiences, most were mediocre at best. The dealership was spotless and everyone was courteous. I hope Michael gets the recognition he deserves. More

I recently purchased tires at town north Mazda Richardson TX and today 7-5-23 I went to discount tire to purchase a tire. When the technician scanned my other tires he said that 2 of the new tires I bought a TX and today 7-5-23 I went to discount tire to purchase a tire. When the technician scanned my other tires he said that 2 of the new tires I bought at the dealership were at the end of green going into yellow meaning tread. I said that is impossible I just got these. Then he asked where I got these. I said the dealership and he said that tires from the dealership are considered “showroom tires” and aren’t meant to last as long as they should. So I Googled that and he was right. So not only was I very pissed about the shady business practices from that dealership I now have to get new tires again. Not only did they deceive me the tires were more expensive than discount tire. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone because they are only care about keeping dealerships dirty little secrets. If they want to make things right you will reimburse me for those tires. I’m also going to call the better business bureau and Mazda USA. More
