The sale experience was straightforward and devoid of pressure or b.s. Then I discovered a minor but really annoying problem with the RAV4 the night we brought it home. Town North did what it took to fix the problem at no cost to me, even though they didn't necessarily have to (the sale was "as is"). They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
