WARNING: Do not come here because the sales managers do not treat paying customers with dignity and respect. In response, Mr. Will Miller has personally guaranteed retaliation against any complaints but we will not be deterred by intimidation, threats, or his other fraudulent tactics. We will not cease until the individuals that caused the incident on December 26, 2023, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., accept full responsibility for their actions. An investigation needs to be conducted on the managerial team to ensure consumer protection. To future customers: please do your own research, and verify the legitimacy of their “5 star reviews.” To my fellow service members: the sales managers’ mentality towards veterans is from the 1970s Vietnam War era, because they did not hesitate with verbal threats based on my service status. I would rather deal with the VA repeatedly than to conduct business here. Save your money and find a dealership that will still value its customers after purchase. Ultimately, the sales managers here treated us unprofessionally, unethically, and unlawfully. More
