These people don't warrant a single star. The salesperson, Isaiah, is the singular decent thing about this horrible, horrible place. I was preapproved with my lender, and only wanted to use MY le salesperson, Isaiah, is the singular decent thing about this horrible, horrible place. I was preapproved with my lender, and only wanted to use MY lender. We knew what we wanted, and tried to put a deal together. After the typical embarrassingly low trade in offer, they upped the ante by a paltry grand, which still left it about 2.5K back of book...for a loaded SUV in a market where good used cars are hard to find...just being profanely greedy. Then the sales manager shows us the deal, and we find that, for a new 2020 model about to be a year old, they're only taking 2 grand off sticker---mind you, this is the current Mazda incentive! They weren't dealer-discounting the vehicle at all! So I began showing him examples of other dealer who were online advertising ALL of their comparable vehicles at discounts totalling 5.5-6K. So he starts his salesy BS about how you should avoid so and so dealer because they add 1000 dollars to every car, to which I said, and their deal would still be 4 grand less than yours! So we left, and the finance managers (2 of them!) began calling me throughout the next day. I couldn't accept their many calls because I was in meetings literally throughout the day, and had made it quite clear to them. They ultimately reach my wife and give her ridiculous--I mean preposterous terms---and then the final insult to injury is that I got 5 new hard credit inquiries---and I NEVER AUTHORIZED THEM TO PULL MY CREDIT! This place sucks more than any dealership I've ever worked with, and I will tell EVERYONE I can to avoid this place like the plague. Horrible, horrible place with horrible, horrible people out to scam you. They prey upon peoples' ignorance, do unethical and illegal things like pulling your credit without authorization...you name it, I bet they do it. More
