I've been a customer of Town North Mazda since I bought my car in 2008. Victor has been my service guy since day one. As a female who knows very little about cars, Victor has always taken the time to lis my car in 2008. Victor has been my service guy since day one. I've NEVER felt taken advantage of or misguided (like I have at other establishments). I've witnessed him personally go out of his way to find me the best parts or deals, and when he gives me a quote I can trust it's fair and honest. He's become a friend and one of the few reasons I'll stick with Mazda when ready to purchase a new car. Over the years, Victor's attention to me and my car have never wavered.
