Victor guided the process from the appointment stage all the way through a fairly complicated 13 line repair order. Well done! (However, I did have one experience that was less than good. When we arrived to pick up the car, the advisor on duty had difficulty getting the attention of the valet "A.J" to bring the car around. A.J. was standing at the write-up desk only a few feet away but had to be spoken to THREE times before he heard the advisor's request. He was wearing earbuds and was looking down at his device and was completely unaware of anything else going on. Pretty inexcusable and not a good reflection on all the other hard working employees in the service department). More
