I was less than impressed with my service appointment. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and I was told that the advisor on my paperwork was not at work that day. A different advisor helped me and advised since it was my first oil change that synthetic would be a good option and it would cost me about $80. I agreed to that charge and he told me I could wait in the waiting area. The advisor then told me it would take approximately one and a half hours for the service and to check back after one and a half hours had passed if he hadn't notified me that my vehicle was ready. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, I went to find the advisor and had to ask someone where he was. After 10 minutes of waiting on him, he finally showed up and told me he had called and texted me to tell me that my vehicle had been ready. I showed him my phone to prove that I did not have a text or a missed call. When I asked how long it had been ready, he said about 20 minutes. By this time I've been at the dealership for 2 hours. After I paid the cashier and received my paperwork, he escorted me to my vehicle. I noticed there were oil smudges and dirt on the sides of the hood, quarter panels and front passenger and driver doors. I asked the advisor if it was normal for them to return a vehicle dirty like that. He asked me to wait and he went inside got a rag and a spray bottle and cleaned off the smudges that I pointed out to him. He gave me my keys with no apology for the dirt and smudges or the extended wait time. Interestingly enough, it is noted on my paperwork the intake time of 10:06 a.m. and the completion time of 10:56 a.m., indicating that the service actually only took 50 minutes. Instead, I waited an additional hour by the time I finally got to leave. Given the fact that I not only waited 2 hours at the dealership, 1 hour which turned out to be unneccesary, plus the condition my vehicle was returned in, I was not happy with the outcome of my maintenance appointment. Everything was great except that when they brought the truck back they left the key in the gas door. I tried multiple times to call and David didn't answer so I had to drive to the dealership to find out truck back they left the key in the gas door.
