The only place I take my car.. Jim Ingrassia has been servicing my PT Cruiser since my husband and I bought it in 2008. Originally my husband drove this car and he had every confidence in Jim to do a fair, honest and thorough job when it needed work. When my husband passed away, the chore of having the car serviced fell to me and I continued to rely on Jim to care for the Cruiser. It was important to me that the car run safely and reliably since my teenage son now uses it to get to school. Jim made sure it passed inspection, had decent tires (especially important this past winter) and he kept it it top condition without breaking my budget. I am always able to reach him by phone and he takes the time to talk to me and to my son. He gives me an outline of any problems and a pretty reliable time frame for repairs. I am totally satisfied and wouldn't dream of taking the Cruiser anywhere else. More

My 2010 Jeep Liberty was stuck in a patch of ice and getting it out caused my 4X4 Transmission to bind. I brought my vehicle to Town & Country Service Dept where Craig Rotter handled the situation. I like the fact that "Peggy" saw to it that I recvd. a loaner car, and I also liked the fact that Craig CALLED me when he said he was going to call to give me updates on my repair situation. The repair was covered under warranty but they strongly suggested I get the 4X4 service which I agreed to. What was nice is that I had a slow leak in one of my tires and Craig instructed the mechanic to find and fix the slow leak which they did at no charge. I feel the service dept at Town & Country is honest and fair and I am very glad that I bought my Jeep here. More
The entire team at Town & Country are always very nice and professional. Most of them know me by first name now and make servicing my car easy and convenient. Jimmy the Service Manager represents the dealership in a very positive way and sets a very good example for his staff. I have in the past purchased a Jeep from another dealer in the area, actually closer to my home, but chose Town & Country this time and I am glad I did. The overall experience I have found to be much better! Scott on the sales side was also very responsive to my needs and made the buying experience great. In fact, at the time of my sale, I was speaking with a family member about my positive experience and they ended up buying a Jeep from Scott the same week! Hats off to Scott, Jimmy and his team! I brought my wife’s 2007 Pacifica to Town & Country Jeep Dealer because there was an issue with the messaging system. Jim was very professional, courteous and determined to get to the resolve. It took about 2 weeks but he went above and beyond to keep me informed of the many challenges that he encountered. I bought my Jeep Liberty from this Dealer. They are very professional. I did not know that their service is excellent. Jim Ingrassia is the Service Consultant and is a friendly person but also has all the professional. I did not know that their service is excellent. In one occasion the service was going to take more than one day because I wanted some bumper protectors ( metal ones ) for the front and the back of the car. They did not get them right away and they lended me a new car until the service was done. I would recommend it with no hesitasion. More
