Great Salesman, But Service Needs Better C/S Skills I bought a 2015 Chrysler 300S from this dealership in July. The sales process was great, the sales man was super nice, super helpful and really did a great job getting me in the perfect car But I had issues with service the minute I drove off the lot as the MIL light kept coming on and I had to bring it back 3x to be fixed. The guys in the service department are good but yesterday I dealt with the rudest young female on your staff. I had received several auto voice messages from you reminding me about my scheduled maintenance, so i called up to find out what the service schedule is on this car. With my previous Chrysler 300 (from another dealer) i always got the proper preventative maintenance. The girl on the phone was rude and unknowledgable. When I asked what is the service schedule for this car as far as mileage and service, the best she could say is "Well you need to get your oil changed every 3,000 miles". When i told her that my car had an oil life indicator system that prompts me when oil changes are needed, she became rude and nasty saying "Well it's common knowledge that you have to come in every 3,000 miles, everyone knows that" like Im some kind of idiot. I even told her that my manual indicates to follow the oil life indicator and I was told by service that it only needs oil changes based on that system. I asked to speak with someone else as I did not want to deal with her, she said no one was available. She took my number and no one has since called me back. I am extremely disappointed with this level of service at your dealership and since no one called me back I had to schedule my 10,000 mile service at another Chrysler dealership. More
Service Dept i purchased a certified pre owned Dodge Ram from this dealership. Come have had numerous issues with it the following month. When I brought it in for service I was told they could not find anything wrong with it. I had to call 5 times and still never got an answer or a diagnosis for the vehicle. The truck stalls out unexpectedly and is dangerous. Jim states the tuck is safe but will not put in writing. Jim stated "It is safe but I will not put in writing because we don't know what is wrong with it". I found this gentleman to be very condescending with zero lack of concern for the safety of his vehicles and those he puts in them. This is by far the worst dealership with the WORST service department I have EVER dealt with. Once this truck dies, I will NEVER return to them and I strongly recommend going to SECURITY DODGE and AVOIDING LEVITTOWN TOWN AND COUNTRY AT ALL COSTS. They do not care about you, your safety, your vehicle and they will speak down to you. I hope you take heed to my advice. More

Jim Ingrassia unnecessary repairs, dishonest service I took my 2007 Pacifica to Jim Ingrassia at Town & Country in Levittown. There was a very loud noise coming from the vehicle after front (two tires) w I took my 2007 Pacifica to Jim Ingrassia at Town & Country in Levittown. There was a very loud noise coming from the vehicle after front (two tires) were changed. Jim promised me a loaner car when I arrived there was no loaner. I left the car and gave very specific instructions not to perform any work without a written estimate and not to perform any work unless he was 100% sure he could fix the problem. After three weeks (during which time Jim refused to accept my calls (15 calls), Jim called to tell me he had replaced my drive shaft, but the noise was still there. Jim refused to give me or even show me the old part he replaced. I took the car to another shop and they immediately diagnosed the issue as a result of uneven tires (new front tires) and the problem was resolved. This is a dishonest shop that does unnecessary repairs. More
WARNING...DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP This is the worst dealership in the history of Chrysler. I paid $30,000 cash to have a Jeep customized to my specifications. It has become a nightmare trying to get them to repair a manufacturers defect that was caused by them. The held my vehicle for over 30 days, consistently lied to me saying that they were working on the leakage issue and the other consequential issues when in fact they did absolutely positively nothing. When I went to retrieve my vehicle, there were more problems then when I dropped it off. They presented me with a receipt stating that the leakage was repaired. I immediately took it to another dealership who confirmed what I suspected; no work was done on my vehicle. Town and Country allowed my car to sit in the inclement weather and suffer more abuse while they repeatedly lied about the work they were doing. Jason and Jim are the most disrespectful and unprofessional people I have ever encountered. They should not be a representative of the Chrysler corporation in any shape or form. I bought my vehicle outright; never had to make a single car note and here it is 2 months later and my vehicle is still not in working condition and they refuse to do work that a good paying customer deserves. It is utterly outrageous that they are allowed to get away with this lunacy. I have been dealing with Chrysler's corporate headquarters with this issue from the on set and even they are at a lost for words. I have been left with no recourse but to go to the media and the State Attorney General regarding this dealership and its service representatives. Anyone thinking about buying a vehicle please BEWARE....they will take your money and turn their back on you. Jason and Jim are the worst people to ever deal with. As long as they are there you should definitely stay away. More

The dealership wanted to move their inventory and gave me a great deal. THE MAIN REASON FOR MY REVIEW IS THE SERVICE DEPT. Over the 5 yrs I've owned my Jeep I dealt with Jim Ingrassia many, many times and I have only great things to say. He's very fair and helpful. I had a 5 yr extended warranty on my car and just a few days before it was up the power locks on the driver side door went. Needless to say if I waited a day or two longer to report it I would have to pay about $400.00 to get it fixed. I called Jim and he squeezed me in to his service calendar at the last minute. I waited a couple hours and my car came back repaired and No charge. THANKS JIM !! I would buy from Town & Country again and have my car serviced there without hesitation - Great Experience. More

I brought my car in for service since it was under warranty as the airbag light kept going off and the inside roof of my challenger kept falling out o I brought my car in for service since it was under warranty as the airbag light kept going off and the inside roof of my challenger kept falling out of the sun roof visor. When i dropped off my challenger i was given a minivan. I asked if i can have something closer to my vehicle they advised to call back later. When i did call back i was told that i was lucky to even get a loaner car...I asked if this is how they speak to every customer? My car is doing things its not supposed to, im inconvenienced by having to go to work late because i need to drop off my car and im told im lucky!! I was also told the part for my sunroof isnt in and i would be contacted within a week to come back...2 weeks later my airbag light went off again and of course no call yet for sunroof part. I called up and advised the airbag light was going off again and if the part came in for sunroof, they advised it did, i asked why i didnt get a call, nothing said. I dropped off my car, again given a minivan. The minivan this time broke down infront of my home on labor day weekend leaving me with no car and noone to talk to since they were closed Sunday and Monday. I called on Tuesday and explained what happened, no apologies of course! they said my car would be ready today and they picked up their car. A day later i recieved a call accusing me of damaging the car!! The nerve of these people and how they speak to customers. Instead of apologizing to me for not having a car for 2 days they have the nerve to call and state i damaged their car...Unreal! I would advise all to stay far far away from this dealership! Absolute Nightmare and extremely unprofessional! More

Incompetent and dishonest service I purchased my Chrysler Pacifica new (2007) from Town & Country. I brought the car in for service due to a loud grinding noise after I changed two fro I purchased my Chrysler Pacifica new (2007) from Town & Country. I brought the car in for service due to a loud grinding noise after I changed two front tires. Jim Ingrassia promised me a loaner vehicle when I called to make the service appointment.When I arrived Jim Ingrassia informed me that there would be no loaner car available but he was waiting for one to be returned. A few days later I got a call from Jim Ingrassia informing me of what he thought the issue was. Again, the promised loaner vehicle was still not available. I told Jim that he should first check the tires (since I had changed only two front tires (of all-wheel drive vehicle) and under no circumstances do any other work that he was not 100% sure would rectify the issue with the noise. A few days later I called Jim Ingrassia, but he did not return my call...I called back three or four more times over the next few days to check the status of my vehicle, but he would not respond. Finally, 10 days after I left my car I had to go to the dealership. Jim Ingrassia told me he was waiting for a part and that it would be in shortly. This routine (calls not being returned) went on for close to a month. I finally got a call from Jim Ingrassia informing me that the car was ready but that there is still a noise and that it would be $1,700. When I test-drove the car, nothing had changed...nothing at all and Jim Ingrassia had not fixed the problem. I took the car to a local shop and they immediately told me it was the tires. I had them put new tires on the back to match the ones on the front and it immediately corrected the issue. Town & Country has sent me a threatening message from General Manager Fred Hoyt that they will take me to court and sue me. This is a service department scam. More
