Fast, Easy, High-Quality Customer Service I recently brought my 2015 Dodge Durango that I leased from TCJCD for a flat tire. Timing was bad as I needed to take my son for a doctor's appointme I recently brought my 2015 Dodge Durango that I leased from TCJCD for a flat tire. Timing was bad as I needed to take my son for a doctor's appointment and needed to have the flat fixed quickly. I had no appointment and arrived at 7am with many customers already being serviced. When it was my turn I was greeted by Jim with a smile and a cheery welcome. Jim immediately got a service tech to take a look at my car and within 45 minutes my flat was fixed and I wasn't charged. Jim is great guy and he should be given special recognition for his customer service skills. I recommend the TCJCD service department highly! Thank you Jim!! More

Superior Service Our minivan ran into some electrical issues between the rear hatch mechanism frying and no longer opening and then a software update making the push b Our minivan ran into some electrical issues between the rear hatch mechanism frying and no longer opening and then a software update making the push button start to fail and almost cause a horrible car accident, the service team took it serious and responded super quickly! We cannot thank Jason Munsey enough for such wonderful care and service. He made sure everything was triple checked and safe to use and we felt relieved that the service team was able to take the car in right away so life didn't miss a beat. We 1000% recommend Jason Munsey and the service team!! More

My son's 2014 Chrysler 300 suddenly had an electrical problem, which involved the radio going black, unadjustable heat, windows, locks, backup camera My son's 2014 Chrysler 300 suddenly had an electrical problem, which involved the radio going black, unadjustable heat, windows, locks, backup camera system and sensory system. We brought it to Town & Country in Levittown. Our Service Consultant was Jim Ingrassia. He took care of my son's car as if it were his kids car, which meant a lot to me. Yes, at many times my son would get frustrated and want his car back immediately (he's only 16 and it's his first car), but I knew as a parent, it had to be fixed and fixed right, no matter how long it took them to figure out the problem. Jim kept us informed, and he kept his promise to figure out what was wrong with the car. Got the car back (and cleaned as a bonus) at no cost to us, my son is beyond thrilled, and I am a happy Town & Country service customer. Jim is a professional, and I would highly recommend using him on your next trip there. More

Absolute WORST Service Department The alternator went on my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. I had it towed to the dealer we bought it from. HUGE mistake!!!! The car was towed in aro The alternator went on my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. I had it towed to the dealer we bought it from. HUGE mistake!!!! The car was towed in around 11AM. I called the service department to let them know what was happening. Jim said he would call me as soon as they got the car into the shop. At 3PM I called back because I hadn't heard anything. The nasty girl who answered the phone told me that the car hasn't even been brought in yet and that she would have Jim call me back right away. Yeah Right!!!! I called at 5PM and Jim was busy. I called back at 6:15 and he finally answered and told me that he had to order in the alternator and that the car would be ready by 10AM. Meanwhile, I explained to him that I needed to go to work and I needed a car. 10AM came and went, no call. I called at 11AM and they still didn't get the car in. Finally at 11:45 he called me back saying it was a bigger job than he thought it would be to replace the alternator and that the car wouldn't be ready until much later. How does a service manager, not know how long the job takes? Makes no sense. Finally at 2PM he called and said the car was ready. I went to pick it up and no apologies for the inconvenience, no explanation as to why it took almost 2 days to replace an alternator. Nothing, just a nasty, condescending attitude. I told myself, I would never go back to this place after my first oil change took 4 hours. Never again. They don't care about you or your issues. So please do yourself a favor. Never, ever bring your car their for service. These are the types of people who give car dealers a bad reputation. More
