Was optimistic that I could get an oil change with minimal wait. The young fellow at the desk says nope. Can't help you. You need an appointment. We're busy. I looked around at all the empty chairs in the waiting room... I left and returned to the empty parking area to drive away to find a dealer that had an interest in keeping customers. This place continues to blow me away with how they treat customers. More

I bought the car st this dealer ship a month and a half is very unacceptable for any service dept. because of this I will never buy another Jeep nor will I buy a car from this dealership!!! The staff was very friendly but that does not help me get my car fixed to be able to travel safely!! More
It just keeps getting worse I was excited to get my car. We liked the sales person Juarez. Told us we would be getting a refund on registration fees because they were charging I was excited to get my car. We liked the sales person Juarez. Told us we would be getting a refund on registration fees because they were charging an increased amount just to make sure everything covered. Wait 60 days then call him for status on refund. I speak with him in November and Juarez tells me refund delayed about 45 days but it will be sent to us. Emails sent inquiring about the refund and no reply. Even called dealership and left message asking for status update no reply and no reply to emails either. As of today no refund refund and now I have a bigger problem.My new 2019 Jeep Cherokee had an issue today where the car told me there was an issue with start/stop and the steering froze on the car.. I had to turn off the car and restart it to be able to move it. Contacted service for my car to be brought in and yes I need a loaner I have to get to work. We are told that they have no loaners till sometime in May and to rent a car. Informed they only have 10 loaners for the whole dealership. Could not understand what an MVP maintenance plan with loaner car got me a sometime in May response. Also could not understand how my new car with not even 4000 miles on it was having this issue. This is not my first car or first lease. I have never experienced a dealership like this. People are rude and are not interested in helping. Sad thing is I really like my car but now I do see why this dealership has so many negative reviews. More

Manager has a terrible attitude I have purchased 6 cars at this dealer ship and have always been happy, but his experience with service has ended my relationship. After bringing my t I have purchased 6 cars at this dealer ship and have always been happy, but his experience with service has ended my relationship. After bringing my truck back 4 times and being told it was fixed the issue still exists. Now that the car is out of warranty they are telling me it is because I did not change the oil enough. This is after 4 visits and being told 4 times that the car is fixed to pick it up, only to have the same issues. I will never go back again. I suggest you find another dealer with a manager who deos not have such a bad attitude. More

Just recently, I needed to get an oil change, but there has been some issues (part of the deal was free oil change). Gave Ron a text, then boom. The touch screen, which effects every option in the car, is malfunctioning. As you drive the screen turns on and off, even when using the back up camera, causing me to almost have an accident with my children in the car. Their customer service is abysmal, they won't even give me a loaner until they solve the problem. When I explained what happen with the back up camera the manager told me that I am ultimately responsible for my driving. What the?!? So frustrating! More
