purchasing car at this dealership was pleasant. The car had some issues that needed to be addressed. The service adviser Frank had my car for a week to diagnose a rough idle and rear window defroster and had some issues that needed to be addressed. The service adviser Frank had my car for a week to diagnose a rough idle and rear window defroster and vibration. I was given a loaner car (POS) for the time they had my car. The car had no codes so it ran ok to them. the rear defroster was working as designed. and the vibration could not be simulated. It was clear this was a list of excuses not answers. From looking at other service posts Frank has been shoveled around dealerships like a deck of cards. Because he doesn't know what hes talking about. the rough idle was a dirty throttle body. the rear defroster was a broken wire. and the vibration was a transmission mount. To bad Town & Country doesn't have any mechanics among the service department. More
