I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY THE LEVEL OF SERVICE JIM PROVIDED TO ME WAS WELL BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!!! I OWN 3 VEHICLES INCLUDING A MERCEDES AND AN AUDI AND JIM SHOULD TEACH A CLASS TO THOSE GUYS ON HO PROVIDED TO ME WAS WELL BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!!! I purchsed my vehicle new from the Dealership in November 2008. I have since changed the location of my employment and getting to the dealer was not always convienient. I was having some mechanical issues that i just wanted a Jeep certified mechanic to look into. Also, I had purchsed an extended warranty and was hoping some of the repair would be covered under my policy and wanted to give the dealership the opportunity for my business. I was able to get a loaner vehicle which proved to be priceless since parts needed to be ordered and the job would take a few days to complete. After getting the vehicle back, I noticed one of the items I requested did not get completed. When I called the dealer to explain I was greeted with an apology (not Jim ingrassia's fault) and assurance that it would be resolved without question. Everything that was promised was completed from start to finish to my full expectation. This includes the courtesy and pleasantness of Peggy, Jim Ingrassia, and I beleive Mark was the mechanic that did all the work. When I returned for the repair that was overlooked, I was due for an oil change, and rather than just get the service done, I was offered a package of 4 oil changes for one price. I did not hesitate to purchase the package deal and attribute this to the service and attention I received during my visit. Jim Koenig More

After a bad car accident, I had my car in another shop for over 3 weeks and they did not fix multiple issues and gave me nothing but a headache, making my life more difficult at an already difficult time. for over 3 weeks and they did not fix multiple issues and gave me nothing but a headache, making my life more difficult at an already difficult time. I should have known better and taken my car right to Jim at Chrysler in the first place! I called him for help and he immediately got my car into the shop, gave it a once over, figured out the problem and even fought with and advocated for me with multiple people at the car insurance company to make sure it got handled! Needless to say, I am extremely satisfied, I could have kissed Jim! in under a week my car was back on my driveway and the issues seem to be completely repaired! Thank God for Jim and the Town & Country Service team! I can not thank them enough, especially Jim for his professionalism and wonderful customer service! More

"We're a little short on staff."Your problems should not become the customers problems. 3 days at your location for something not terribly complex is not only ridiculous, it shows the overall competency of your operation is quite low. Rest assured, I will be advising people NOT to go to your location. The inconvenience that you have burdened me with is unacceptable. Whether it be Huntington, Westbury, Merrick or any of the other Jeep dealers on Long Island, if anyone ever asks me where to purchase and/or service a Jeep, I would refer any of those locations over yours. The worst part about all of this? You have not made one offer to help make things right. Just going on about your business as usual. I plan on posting my story in as many reviews as possible with the hope that my terrible experience sways at least one person away from giving your clown show operation any business. More
