My overall experience at Town & Country Service Department has been excellent. The employees are very courteous and professional. He has always taken time whenever I come to the service department to make sure that I'm fully satisfied. I have owned many vehicles and I must say that I'm very impressed with the staff at the service department, especially with Jim. Last but not least he is easy to talk to and a great listener, as well as, is always willing to make sure that all services provided for the vehicle has been addressed accordingly and meet the customer's satisfaction. I have purchased two cars at this dealership. The first because I found a good priced vehicle but the second was due to the great service I have received. I am going to purchase a new car soon and will again use this dealership since I know I can get great service and my car will be fixed properly when needed. This dealer is not convenient to my home or place of business but it is worth it to me to go here. More
My husband and I had recently moved back to the area and his car broke down shortly after that. It was an older car, so the cost of fixing it was not worth it. We went to Town and Country to look at used vehicles and Pete found us the perfect car to meet our needs and keep in our budget. Originally we thought we would have to purchase a used vehicle, since after recently moving we were not planning on needing a new vehicle. Pete got us a great deal on a new PT Cruiser! This was great since I drive a 10 year old Jeep and it's rough having two vehicles that need maintenance. Pete was very helpful and friendly. He also made an unexpected and difficult situation much easier. I would reccommmend Pete and this dealership to everyone! More

When my wife and I decided to purchase a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, we had a choice of six or seven dealers within 20-30 miles. We contacted a few of them and eventually whittled it down to a dealer ab Grand Cherokee, we had a choice of six or seven dealers within 20-30 miles. We contacted a few of them and eventually whittled it down to a dealer about 25 miles from our house who was fairly aggressive in trying to get our business (NOT Town & Country). I negotiated a good out-the-door price on a lease with one of the salespeople and gave them a deposit. I was told the car would be ready on a Monday. When I hadn’t heard from them in a few days, I decided to call them that Monday and they informed me that they still didn’t have the car. They apparently had to get it from another dealership, who was “being difficult.” I went on the Jeep site and found several local dealers who had the exact model with the exact features I wanted and forwarded this information to the dealership in the hopes they could get one. By the end of the day though, they were telling me I could take a car on the lot, or get my deposit back. I was in a rush, as our previous car had been totaled by an uninsured driver who ran a red light, and our own insurance was going to stop paying for a rental in two days. I again logged into the Jeep site and one of the dealers in the area that had the GC I was looking for was Town & Country. I went to their website and did a chat with Dan, who said they would try to match whatever deal I had with the other dealership on the car I wanted. When I got to Town & Country that night, Dan said I would be meeting with Manny, with whom I could explain my situation and see if we could do a deal. I was in quite a state by this point after what I had been through with the other dealership. I didn’t want any sales-speak, I knew what I wanted and I just wanted a yes or no. Manny patiently listened and gathered all my paperwork, went to speak with his manager, and then shortly thereafter came back, shook my hand and said, “we have a deal.” There was a lot of paperwork that I needed to turn in due to a competitive lease in the family, and Manny walked me through it all, and assured me that everything was being taken care of on Town & Country’s end. He was proactive in calling me, and I really appreciated that after the radio silence from the other dealership as soon as they had charged my AMEX the deposit. Buying a car is a very stressful event for me, as I’m sure it is for most people, and Manny couldn’t have been a better salesman in that regard. He has a calming demeanor that instantly puts you at ease. He told me what all the next steps were, and what I could expect on the day of delivery. Town & Country knew I was in a rush, so they got my Jeep out of storage and had it ready very quickly. The day of delivery, everything went smoothly. No high-pressure sales from the F&I manager either. I was grateful for that, as I had been through that ringer in the past. I did take the extra 3-month warranty though so I would be under Jeep warranty my entire lease. Manny also informed me about the free-for-life oil changes, free inspections and free loaners. That was a nice surprise. Eventually, Manny took me out to my new Jeep, which just looked stunning as you could expect. He went over all the main features and functions of the car, and I was on my way. The whole sales experience couldn’t have been more ideal, and Manny in particular is an asset to Town & Country. I would buy another car from him anytime and will recommend him and Town & Country to friends and family. More
