We special ordered a Jeep Wrangler Sahara, which took about 7 weeks to come in, and Bob kept us in the loop on the status of production, shipping and delivery along the way. On the day of pickup, Bob scheduled us for the first appointment of the day so we could be in and out of the dealership quickly. He made sure our new Jeep was detailed the night before and ready to go for us that morning and our finance experience was simple and painless. Our first experience buying a car in New York was very stressful and started to become unpleasnt. I have to say that as far as the Manager in the new car department would not get my best ratings or overall customer satisfaction and honestly there were a couple of instances where my husband and I wanted to turn around and leave without even making a purchase. But that changed with the reassurance and concern that Mr. Tantillo showed us. He went above and beyond what was expected of him and was with us through this entire process. If only this company had more employees like this...car buying would be a pleasure instead of a worry and dread. I really appreciate the quick and effiecent service he gave us and his complete attention was on us. He was more concerned for our customer satisfaction then the next sale and placed our needs before his own and for this I am truly greatful. Hello, my name is Christina Kneer and we had the pleasure of purchasing a new 2013 Chrysler Town and Country from Jason Mascia at the Levittown, NY Chrysler Town and Country. We went into the dealership of purchasing a new 2013 Chrysler Town and Country from Jason Mascia at the Levittown, NY Chrysler Town and Country. We went into the dealership with our two young children and really had no intention of putting down a deposit on a minivan at the time, we were really just there to look, see what our options were and of course pricing. Jason was extremely patient with us and our two children, giving us time to explore the showroom model and when it came time to get a little more serious about a deal, he kindly sat down with my husband while I played in the childrens playroom with the two kids. His first question to me was simple....."what does your payment need to be at?" I simply told him what we were paying with our 2008 Jeep Liberty and he said he knows what it's like and knows that this car payment isn't the only bill we receive each month (BOY IS HE RIGHT!) So we told him where we would like to be as far as a payment and he went above and beyond to give us the payment we would need to be able to afford a vehicle that would safely carry our growing family around. He was able to go even lower than what we had been paying for our Jeep which we never thought in a million years would be possible. Thank you so much Jason (I hope you get to read this) You were truly a pleasure to deal with and truly seemed happy for us that we were able to get something we needed. My wife went the day before to get an estimate for a new 2013 Town and Country. I went the following day and completed the transaction without any problems. This place is an unprofessional chop shop. Avoid it at all costs. I bought a CPO used Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. After 2 weeks the car began to stall, and continued doing so about once a all costs. I bought a CPO used Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. After 2 weeks the car began to stall, and continued doing so about once a week. Over the next 3 months, I brought the car into their service dept to "fix" the stalling issue 5-6 times. It continued stalling after every visit. They would not refund my purchase, at which point I filed a "lemon law" suit. The general manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional, basically calling me a "liar". I could not "prove" the car was stalling, so I did not win the lemon law suit. However, about a month later, the car died on the highway, at which point another dealership found water damage in the engine and considered it a "total loss". I honestly am infuriated just thinking about this dealership and the people running it. You could not pay me to walk back in there. More
