It's hard to be kind when you are treated poorly, ignored, and lied to. I called, spoke to a salesperson who promised to call me back in five minutes. He didn't call back at all! I visited the dealership, found the vehicle I was interested in, and when we went to the sales office to discuss the vehicle, we found the door locked and everyone gone. We were in plain sight with the vehicle, the salesperson knew we were there for that vehicle and yet he locked the door and left without a word to us. When I called the following day, he told me he was with a customer and would call me back in 10 minutes. He never called back. I went back the dealership the following day. Not even did he not recognize me, but when I told him he failed to return my call twice, he was clueless, offering busy excuses. Yes, this was a used vehicle, not brand new, but it is still a sale and I expect to be treated like a valuable customer regardless of the purchase price. I asked in advance if this was 'one of those dealership that pile on the fees' and was told 'no.' A blatant lie as there were over $1500 in additional fees, including a Dealer Prep fee and the vehicle didn't have working hatch shocks! I wouldn't be surprised if there were more fees; my husband and I got up and left, leaving the next potential buyers questioning their place of purchase. Even though their price was quite good, I purchased my new used vehicle from East Hills Chevrolet in Roslyn and have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. No mountain of fees over the advertised price, they even negotiated down!, and I love my new used vehicle from them! More
I went to Town and Country Jeep yesterday because I was interested in a Jeep Liberty that I saw online. Youri was absolutely unenthusiastic and rude, he actually treated us as if we were privileged to eve interested in a Jeep Liberty that I saw online. When we started talking prices they said the price given was only if we financed through them AND added on well over $1000 in fees. $475 on a transport fee and $675 on dealer fees on a USED CAR? The fees were not only bogus and had little explanation but were astronomical. Youri refused to waive these fees or even reduce them. Anyway, long story short, I wasted my day here and will be taking by business somewhere else. THEY ARE LYING CROOKS AND WILL PLAY BAIT AND SWITCH WITH YOU UNTIL THE LAST SECOND. BUYER BEWARE. We were charged $1,064 for a fully refundable service contract that we purchased on a used vehicle. I signed a paper, which we did not receive a copy of, stating they could charge us refundable service contract that we purchased on a used vehicle. I signed a paper, which we did not receive a copy of, stating they could charge us but it was presented to me as an authorization to charge our credit card for our down payment. It was never explained to us that they would charge us a fee for cancelling the contract even though MOPAR offered a full refund. So Town and Country kept $1,064 of our refund. Completely unethical business practice!!!!!!! MOPAR agreed that they have never heard of any dealer doing this. More

There was massive confusion going on about the conversation that I had with a supposed "Sales Associate" from this dealership. After a few phone calls back and forth regarding the exact car that I conversation that I had with a supposed "Sales Associate" from this dealership. After a few phone calls back and forth regarding the exact car that I was looking for, I came in and met said Sales Associate Chris Clemente shaking his hand to introduce myself and then was handed off to Bob Lindner who had no idea what Chris and I had discussed. Came to find out that the car that I wanted "wasn't available" and there was nothing they could do for me. Meanwhile, the dealership is at least 35min away from my home and I'm 7 months pregnant in the hot weather. They denied me meeting with Chris to discuss the matter and proceeded to continue to deny looking for the car I was interested in. Words can't explain how furious I am and I will never by any means go back to that dealership. It was all part of a game trying to have me come in to buy a car from them. More
While the salesperson was friendly and easy to work with, they sold me a problematic car which couldn't be fixed. The seats and doors rattled, and the rear interior panels were loose. When I brought the car in to get it checked, I was told not to worry because "a lot of cars rattle" and that there was nothing they could do aside from lubricating the parts. Unfortunately this solution didn't work. When I took it to a different Chrysler dealership service dept., their opinion was that something about the interior panels that looked "off". They speculated that the car had been hastily repaired or patched together at some point. Whether it was the dealership or previous owner, Ill never know. In the end, nobody could fix the car and it was very annoying to drive, so I traded it in for something new at a different dealership. Would not buy a car from this dealer again. More
