I am often bringing my vehicle in for service. However, every time I speak with Jim he is extremely rude and disregards my problems. When I try to speak with him he speaks over me and does not let me, the every time I speak with Jim he is extremely rude and disregards my problems. He approached me with a cool and calm demeanor and had a "no pressure " attitude. I work in the business of customer service at its finest and i feel that he was a friend of mine with the actions he took towards me. After talking about what cars i liked, i ended up buying a brand new car of my dreams and i felt no pressure doing so. It was on my own terms. And they were very personalble one of the mangers I think they called him uncle Roy was in charge of making sure all the paperwork was correct well let me tell you something this guy made peter run back and forth making sure the insurance was correct gieco forgot to cross a t in my name so we had to wait another half hour for new card from gieco .......bottom line is it was kinda fun because every body was making fun of roy IN A PLAYFUL KINDA WAY but according to peter , roy was a big asset in getting the paperwork to the bank so that the contracts get paid and our trade also gets paid in a timely matter Thank you so much Peter, i will refer you to all my friends and family!! bob was great and professional.I couldnt believe the price i saw advertised ,thought it couldnt be. I checked it out , only didnt qualify for a military rebate. and got the truck for that price. This is our 4th Town & Country lease - second with this dealership. Our experience with the previous dealership was not a pleasant one so we were very skeptical when it came time to trade in at a new this dealership. Our experience with the previous dealership was not a pleasant one so we were very skeptical when it came time to trade in at a new location. Bob Lindner was our salesman. Right off the bat he made us feel comfortable and wanted to make sure our bad experience was a thing of the past. We got exactly what we wanted (and then some). So this time when our current lease was up the choice was easy. However, we were convenience we wanted to buy-out the remaining balance on our lease. When we went in to speak to Bob, he told us that for less money every month and NO MONEY DOWN, we could drive out with a new 2014. I didn't believe it, but a few hours later, we were driving home in our new 2014 Town and Country. Bob listens to what you want and takes time to treat you like you're the only customer in the dealership. We will see him again in 39 months!!! More
