I have to say after buying cars for over 25 years this had to be one of the most disturbing experiences I have ever had. In fact I have never wrote a neg. review till now. I'll keep it simple. Wanted to rip me off, offered me 3K lees for my trade-in then two other Dodge dealers. Claimed the book they use is the book and that's the price. OK they use the same book as the other dealers and a close friend in the business. Then stared that cross out the price and write numbers raising the price they would give me, as we started to somewhat agree the salesman demanded I call my insurance agent and get ID cards for the car before I even speak the finance guy. Became very nasty when I refused and that nice friendly man showed his true colors. As I was walking out he started to change his tune saying "ok don't need the cards poppy," at that point we got up said good by and left. Its was like being back in the 90's with that back and forth meeting BS with the sales manager. Today I will drop my car off and pick up the car from another dealer, Even though the same model was $1000.00 more it was worth every penny not dealing with these pikers. More

Usually leasing a car is a nightmare to anybody. This time it was a pleasure to me. Everybody at Town & Country Dealer were extremely nice and helpful. Having been a semi-new certified Jeep Compass owner; my prior experience was all Ford. I have to admit that the level of service at this center is optimum. My spouse who is a long time Jeep owner deals wit prior experience was all Ford. I have to admit that the level of service at this center is optimum. But it was the entire experience from the sales to the personalized professional Mr. Ingrassia and his team has given me. I am in a service industry for over 19 years, and know when that customer service is poor and lackluster. That is not the case here. On this particular occasion I had to unexpectedly bring my car in because the lift gate would not stay up, the timing could not be worse. I had a business function and would not be available to wait for my car to be serviced. It was Jim that had the brilliant idea to get a loaner and they would take my cell phone and contact me when the work was done. True to his word he did that and more.
