Having been a semi-new certified Jeep Compass owner; my prior experience was all Ford. I have to admit that the level of service at this center is optimum. But it was the entire experience from the sales to the personalized professional Mr. Ingrassia and his team has given me. I am in a service industry for over 19 years, and know when that customer service is poor and lackluster. That is not the case here. On this particular occasion I had to unexpectedly bring my car in because the lift gate would not stay up, the timing could not be worse. I had a business function and would not be available to wait for my car to be serviced. It was Jim that had the brilliant idea to get a loaner and they would take my cell phone and contact me when the work was done. True to his word he did that and more.
