They had the Jeep I wanted and my experience there was outstanding. Manny and Michael Perez worked well together and offered me a great price without any games. Financing was done within minutes. I decided I wanted to upgrade to a Grand Cherokee Summit and that was effortless with them .I have recommended that my friends take a trip from anywhere to this dealership. AND THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES WHO DELIVERED ON ALL THERE PROMISES TOWN AND COUNTRY JEEP was the THIRD DEALERSHIP I visited to purchase my NEW CAR ... AND THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES WHO DELIVERED ON ALL THERE PROMISES !!! RICHARD DEMOTT THE FINANCE MANAGER WAS INCREDIBLE !!! How could I go to THREE OTHER DEALERS and NOT GET APPROVED FOR A CAR ????? First of all my Credit is awful ...Iam going thru hard times but Iam making a come back and trying ....HE WAS THE ONLY ONE TO ASK QUESTIONS AND GO OVER MY CREDIT SCORE AND CREDIT REPORT AND FIGURE OUT A GAME PLAN ON WHAT I COULD REALLY AFFORD. I leased a Dodge Durango a few weeks ago from Town & Country. My salesman was very nice. However, I dont think he was very upfront about a couple of things. First, we went back and forth on a lprice. Finally we came to an agreemnet on a price but then I was a hit with a filing fee when it was time to sign the contract. Its fine if there was a filing fee but there was no mention of it during the whole negotiation. That was a little dishonest. Secondly, they were supposed to take care of my last payment on my Jeep Liberty and pay my overmileage. With the filing fee, they charged my card and then gave me credit but I still had to make the last payment. Very confusing. Next when I finally was ready to take the car home, it had a 100 miles on it, a half a tank of gas and no mats in it. Again it's fine if there is 100 miles on the car but there was no mention of it. A little dishonest. I left with a bad feeling in my stomach. I called the GM and left messages but never heard back. More
