I have to say, I was dreading buying a new car for months because of the pushy salesmen and scams. I went to Town and Country with a very nervous stomach. From the first minute he swept me off my feet. The personality, spirit of enthusiasm and willingness to work with you was unbeleivable. He took to time to print out my credit report and go over areas of concern that I could work on. He even gave me his numbers to reach him if I needed help doing this in the future. He directed me to web sites thagt will aid me in keeping track of erroneous reportings. I was in and out in no time. Richard Demott is a gem for Town and Country and they are lucky to have him. Richard is the model of the perfect business manager - a real person who is actually there to make things right and get your deal through istead of making things more difficult. I really appreciated his work and will not forget him. Thank you Rich - you made my day. The second part of my experience was my young Salesmen - Anthony Caggiano. He has been at this dealership a combined total of approx 3 weeks. I was pressed for time on my first two arrivals and Anthony got me in and out providing me all the information and options I requested. Not only that, this kid kept me informed of the availability of time slots to meet - when we could prep the car and finalize the sale all through text messages so I knew exactly where I stood. His is polite and extremely courteous - the opposite of what you would expect and this is the feature that wins you over right away.
