Met with Bob Tantillo on a busy Saturday after coming over from another Jeep dealer a few days before. I had a specific Jeep in mind that I saw in this dealer's stock from internet. We went back and fort over from another Jeep dealer a few days before. I had a specific Jeep in mind that I saw in this dealer's stock from internet. We went back and forth a bit on the numbers etc and eventually made a deal. Agreed to pick up Jeep 2 days later on Monday assuming financing was approved. Actually, I was skeptical that they would not keep their word about the numbers and also about adding an addition to the vehicle that was needed before I would accept delivery but in the end everything worked out perfectly! Bob Tantillo is a REAL GENTLEMAN and I feel he is a big asset to this dealership. All car dealerships should be so lucky to have someone like him as one of their salesmen. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and he did what he said he would do regarding the Jeep I bought. I also want to mention that Terrance Kelly (aka "TK") was a big help too. On Monday, Terrance called me back and got me a better deal than on the lease than we spoke about on the prior Saturday. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up the car on Monday he went out of his way to introduce himself and say hello to me and later answered some questions I had before I signed the documents. I have bought/leased many cars in my 50+ years. Some deals went well. Some did not. The ones that did not resulted in my walking out of the dealership to take my business elsewhere.
