went to town and country looking for a new car. met bobby t . explained what i was looking for told him from the begining that i had credit issues and that my trade in had negative equity. i do not think he t . explained what i was looking for told him from the begining that i had credit issues and that my trade in had negative equity. i do not think he heard a word i said all he seemed to care about was making a deal today ( because it was the last day of the month) . finally we agreed on a car and a price( which was a bit higher than i wanted but i understood that was because of my credit) then i was sent to the finance person. after being in the dealer for more than five hours,( this whole time the salesman didn't say a word) he says that they cant get the numbers to work and my payment would be higher.. i declined said it wasn't going to work and and i wanted my deposit back, then they proceeded to tell me that they already went to the bank and they would mail me a check the next business day( which was on a monday ), well its been 4 days and i still have not received a check.. i went to the dealer and was told that nobody was there to help me he must of stepped out, they took my number and said someone would call me back.. i waited 2 hours and no one called. .i called the dealer back and was disconnected twice, when i did get someone on the phone they told me they were working on it.. It really amazes me how hard it is to mail a refund they sure to the deposit real fast.. I have been a salesman for almost twenty five years and am shocked at the treatment i got.. do yourself a favor find another deal this place is awful .... i found another place to do business with and let me tell you it was a night and day difference . I ended up with a better car for less money ... More

My experience was excellent. Manny was so nice and helpful. He worked hard to get me the car I wanted, and pushed to get me better financing. I have in the past purchased a Jeep from another dealer in the area, actually closer to my home, but chose Town & Country this time and I am glad I did. The overall experience I have found to be much better! Scott on the sales side was also very responsive to my needs and made the buying experience great. In fact, at the time of my sale, I was speaking with a family member about my positive experience and they ended up buying a Jeep from Scott the same week! Hats off to Scott, Jimmy and his team! This dealership's favorable internet pricing is an illusion. The dealership will add $495 delivery fee for a used car plus an additional $695 for dealer preparation. This is averaged across all cars regardless of whether a delivery fee or any repairs were actually incurred by the dealership for the car of your interest and is not negotiable. Their ads should state both of these fees so your time is not wasted negotiating. The refuse to do any out-of-state sales and are completely misinformed regarding registration, taxation, and financing and how they interrelate. Basically, "pay our price plus our unreasonable fees, you must finance through us, and it must be simple". I found the used car Sales Manager to be unpleasant, defensive, and abrupt. Their use car sales is old school "horse trading" behavior without the benefit of actual negotiation. Don't waste your time. More
