Met with Bob Tantillo on a busy Saturday after coming over from another Jeep dealer a few days before. I had a specific Jeep in mind that I saw in this dealer's stock from internet. We went back and fort over from another Jeep dealer a few days before. I had a specific Jeep in mind that I saw in this dealer's stock from internet. We went back and forth a bit on the numbers etc and eventually made a deal. Agreed to pick up Jeep 2 days later on Monday assuming financing was approved. Actually, I was skeptical that they would not keep their word about the numbers and also about adding an addition to the vehicle that was needed before I would accept delivery but in the end everything worked out perfectly! Bob Tantillo is a REAL GENTLEMAN and I feel he is a big asset to this dealership. All car dealerships should be so lucky to have someone like him as one of their salesmen. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and he did what he said he would do regarding the Jeep I bought. I also want to mention that Terrance Kelly (aka "TK") was a big help too. On Monday, Terrance called me back and got me a better deal than on the lease than we spoke about on the prior Saturday. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up the car on Monday he went out of his way to introduce himself and say hello to me and later answered some questions I had before I signed the documents. I have bought/leased many cars in my 50+ years. Some deals went well. Some did not. The ones that did not resulted in my walking out of the dealership to take my business elsewhere. My husband and I had to buy a bigger car because we are expecting twins in a few months. When we got to the dealership, we were again greeted in a friendly manner and asked if we needed help. I told the receptionist that we had spoken to Peter over the phone so she called him and let him know we were there. Our buying experience with him was great. He took us for a test drive when others would not go because we didn't want to buy the car without trying it out first. He listened to what was important to us and tried to find the best car to match our needs. Peter was never pushy, but supported whichever decision we were going to make. He even dug our car out of a few feet of accumulated snow so that we could take it the same day! In the end we walked out with a car we love and hope to be part of our family for a long time. More
