Awesome experience I felt welcome from the moment I walked in. We met Pete in the parking lot while we were looking at cars we told him our needs and he showed us our ch I felt welcome from the moment I walked in. I thought he was very down to earth and felt he cared about our needs and wanted to make us happy. I think its important that he worked with us and didn't try to talk us into something above our means. The process went very smooth and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Richard was also great! He explained everything he had offered us, and showed us how we would save money on purchasing the packages. I have to say the Team at Town and Country works very well together. Mike at the front desk was also very helpful and I must say the young lady at the reception desk unfortunate, but I did not get her name. She always had an eye out to make sure we were comfortable while we waited, offering coffee or water. I have been in customer service for 25 years and my husband managed the service department of a dealership for 30 years, so we notice things and expect things that most people do not! He patiently explained the benefits and challenges with each option and answered every one of my questions. He knew the differences among the vehicles and the was very familiar with the manufacturer's programs available for each. After I decided to lease, he introduced me to Richard DeMott who also was incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Mr. DeMott walked me through the financing for the vehicle-- identifying and explaining every term and item and also answering every one of my questions. I had researched the lease both on line and by visiting other dealers before visiting Town & Country and I know that I got a great deal- I strongly recommend this dealership. They are very patient and apply zero pressure to the transaction and know their product and the manufacturer programs so that you can get into the right car at the right price. When my husband passed away, the chore of having the car serviced fell to me and I continued to rely on Jim to care for the Cruiser. It was important to me that the car run safely and reliably since my teenage son now uses it to get to school. Jim made sure it passed inspection, had decent tires (especially important this past winter) and he kept it it top condition without breaking my budget. I am always able to reach him by phone and he takes the time to talk to me and to my son. He gives me an outline of any problems and a pretty reliable time frame for repairs. I am totally satisfied and wouldn't dream of taking the Cruiser anywhere else. More
