Brake Problem Corrected-----FINALLY I am the owner of a 2011 Dodge Caravan Crew with 22,000 miles on my vehicle. I am the only owner of this vehicle purchased new from Dodge. At 18,000 m I am the owner of a 2011 Dodge Caravan Crew with 22,000 miles on my vehicle. I am the only owner of this vehicle purchased new from Dodge. At 18,000 miles my brakes began to vibrate, so I took it to the dealership service center. I was informed that my rotors were warped and they would need to be cut. I was confused considering the vehicle has 18,000 on it at the time. A service rep there told me it was from the heat. $497.00 later my rotors were cut and the following month the brakes began to vibrate again. We brought the van back and this time we were told that we needed rear brakes and we would be charged again. My wife had contacted Dodge and were basically left at a dead end. We tried other service centers and no where would be of service. I called back Town and Country and this time was pleasantly surprised. This time I dealt with Jim Ingrassia, a gentleman who understands what customer service is. He listened to me rant and rave a bit about my situation and was courteous throughout our conversation. He understood my confusion of a vehicle with this amount of miles having these problems. He told me to bring it right in and he will look into. Look into he did, and fixed the problem replacing entire brakes by noon the same day at no charge. I wish we had dealt with him first because i have feeling i wouldn't have to had cut my rotors for $497. Jim restored my value in the Town and Country service center. I was contemplating choosing another Brand for my minivan needs until Jim Ingrassia rectified my service needs. My Family of 6 thanks him. I highly recommend going to Jim at Town and Country in Levittown NY. More

Horrible service Unprofessional, didn't receive title for two weeks, car wasn't prepared at all even though they charged approx $1500 in fees. Sales manger made myself and spouse uncomfortable. During sale process he had computer/printer problems and instead finding a quick solution, he suggested for us to go grab lunch for an hour so he fix the problem.They overload the car full of fees, they don't provide proper information, had to run title and insurance background due to uncertainty of performance. Sales person calls me 3 days after taking the car off lot that he wants to see me at my place of work bc they didn't get all my signatures. Absolutely unprofessional. More

We have walked in to purchase a car and we drove out with one after a great deal we got with Bob. He was very patient. We had few issues with an insurance company and Bob was very helpful to work with out Geice agent to get the correct paperwork. It took longer than expected but Bob was very cool about it. We got a new car and its great. The only thing that I wish I did - was to test drive the car. We didnt do it because we trusted that a brand new car will be 100% set. Unfortunatelly car's aligment was off. Its weird that the dealer releases the car out of a dealership with a bad wheel aligment (brand new car). It wasnt Bob's fault. It was dealer's and our fault that we didnt test drive it. One thing I wish was different though - I wish that Bob let us see the car before we agreed on a sale price. He told us to make the deal and agree to the price before he can bring the car from a different lot to see it. That was a little weird. More

He is extremely knowledgeable and personable and definitely made us feel at ease with him. He knew everything there is to know about finance and explained all aspects of our contract with precision. There wasn't a question left unexplained and Richard took time with us, never making us feel rushed. Quite simply, Richard DeMott is an extraordinary man that we were blessed to encounter. Because of him we will highly recommend his dealership to friends and family and make sure they ask to deal with Richard personally so they can be as pleased as we were. Excellent Service and Sales Team My wife and I recently visited the Town and Country Jeep Dealership for a new lease on a 2014 Jeep as the previous lease for the 2011 Jeep was ending. My wife and I recently visited the Town and Country Jeep Dealership for a new lease on a 2014 Jeep as the previous lease for the 2011 Jeep was ending. We had done the previous lease with this dealership and my wife truly loves their service department, she gets the best service and such "sweethearts" anytime she needs to bring the Jeep in for service. We had set up an appointment to come in at 9:30 with Scott, we were a bit early and he was ready for us either way. Scott was extremely patient, calm, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, easy going and did not at any point make us feel pressured or uncomfortable. He gladly answered any of our questions we had regarding the lease terms and information about the vehicle. He made the transition from the old lease to the new one extremely smooth, and even helped us get out a few months early. I have leased and purchased 5 or 6 vehicles in my lifetime, and I truly enjoyed the experience we had with Scott. Afterwards, when we went on to finish the financing, warranty and additional options with Terrance (TK) he was equally pleasant and extremely helpful and willing to explain everything in detail. He did not pressure us into purchasing anything we did not want and helped us make sense of a few things. My wife had a previous experience with TK a few years ago with questions regarding her lease and financing concerns and he was more than helpful and truly "service" driven that she knew we wanted to return to this dealership specifically to purchase with them, because of how amazing they were. Overall, I do not think I have seen such great service from a retailer before, let alone a car dealership. Go see Scott, and TK, they're awesome. More
