After my annual inspection found leaking rear shocks I called the Service Dept at Town & Country to schedule an appointment (car has extended warranty). With no loaners available for more than a week, Jim Ingrassia was able to give me a Saturday morning appt which enabled me to get my shocks replaced and not miss work. I appreciate his accommodating and professional demeanor. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I will ask for him in the future if need be. More

From the minute I walked in they treated me like family. Peter was honest and upfront with me every step of the way in addition was very down to earth gentlemen that I felt very comfortable talking to lastly was very knowledgeable in not only the Durango but other cars we spoke about. Steve Cottage as well was very professional and made buying a new car fun and not a hassle. The delivery on the car was also painful some dealers keep you there for hours. The dealer (Which to remain nameless) was extremely rude and they just didnt really want to help us or assist us with purchasing this vehicle. My husband and I walked out. We then went to Town & Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge just because we were driving and just happened to spot them. We were assisted by Marco who was so nice and helpful. The finance/lease manager Richard was also so nice! Fantastic service on warranty repairs when I needed it most! I've never been to this dealership, and hasn't purchased anything from them. One of cylinders on my Charger developed low compression and needed warra I've never been to this dealership, and hasn't purchased anything from them. I called their service dept., got on the phone with Steve who was very friendly, took down all my info, scheduled appointment sooner than another dealership. Brought the car in on Monday, and another friendly person Jim Ingrassia quickly processed me, and I was on my way. Jim was very friendly, and you can tell when a person genuinely wants to help, and make you happy with service - that was Jim. My car was ready on Thursday. No charge. No one tried to sell me anything. Jim even assured that the car was cleaned. If I knew about Town&Country I would've bought my Charger from them even though they are further away from me than another dealership. Fantastic experience! Friendly staff who wants to make their customers happy. Next time I need a car, I bring my business to you guys. Big THANK YOU! More
