An informed consumer is their worst enemy. Usually you start getting the run-around when you reach the finance manager. Couldn't even get that far with these guys at Clown and Country. After to being lied to on a few different aspects, availability, options, price, I decided I had had enough. So as I got up to leave, I was cursed at, told I was a grinder(like that's an insult, and needless to say, bought the car from a different dealership 2 days later, so much for grinding). Also mentioned they didn't want my business anyway. Mind boggling to say the least. I gave them an excellent rating on price due to being one of the lowest---but really can't tell because it wasn't finalized. More
Poor Service I purchased my vehicle from a different dealership and it is still warranted. I received a recall notice and did not want to go the extra distance ba I purchased my vehicle from a different dealership and it is still warranted. I received a recall notice and did not want to go the extra distance back to the selling dealer so I called and scheduled an appointment here. I called three days later to confirm the appointment and the person that answered the phone said they had no record of an appointment. I scheduled a another appointment a week and a half later, telling the rep exactly what needed to be done. When I arrived to drop off the car the night before the appointment Jim looked a the list and said he was not sure it could all be done in one day. I explained I could not leave the car for another but would call the next day in the afternoon for a status. When I called at 2:15 the next day I was told they had not yet brought the vehicle into the shop after being since the previous night. I told Jim not do do anything and I would be by to pick up the car. When I arrived he gave me the keys and acted like he could care less that nothing was done and I was not satisfied never asking a single question or making any comment about the vehicle was looked at any sooner. When I asked for the recall notice back that I had given to him I was told it had been thrown away because everything was in the computer, however there were several pages of printed output attached to the service card. I guess they only service their customers and not other loyal Chrysler owners.. More

I didn't feel the underhanded, plagued with dishonesty behavior that the car sells business gives. I really found Richard DeMott helping me to make the right choices to make this big purchase. Car looks like New My son had an accident with his PT Cruiser and the entire right side was a mess. He was fine but he was devastated at how his car looked. We looked at several models and he patiently answered all our questions and pointed out features on each vehicle. We are EXTREMELY pleased with the two vehicles we leased. Rich in Financing helped us find a rate and price we could live with and took the time to go over our credit rating with detailed explanations. The entire process was streamlined and we couldn't be happier with the people we worked with. I highly recommend this dealership and especially the employees we worked with. More
What a great experience I walked in to jeep (after coming from a Chevey dealership and not being able to secure a deal on the dealers end) and was hoping to find the Jeep Gra I walked in to jeep (after coming from a Chevey dealership and not being able to secure a deal on the dealers end) and was hoping to find the Jeep Grand Cherokee I wanted. Tom Bedia met me right away and from the start he was straight forward with me which is what I like. He told me that i should look more into leasing the car than financing it as it would be more affordable for my pocket. Within an hour I had a deal and the car I wanted with more in it than I ever imagined at a much lower price than I was expecting to pay!! When I came back Monday to pick up my car ( tom being in constant contact with me all weekend and getting all the insurance and bank work done ahead of time) I waited the expected time you would normally wait but again he was there with me and showing me how the car worked so pass the time by faster. I also met with the service dep and they were very nice as well as Lisa from finance who also helped and aw served all my questions. I cannot express how happy I am with this whole experience and that this is my third purchase of a car and it has been the easiest!!! All thanks to TOM!!! I will be sending my brother to him to get his jeep and will refer anyone looking to go see him as he truly does have your best interest come first. thank you TOM Bedia More
