For other car dealers in my past the warranty visit was always high pressure. Rich's approach was so pleasing that I was actually able to concentrate on the warranty details rather than trying to figure out how to escape. I didn't need dealer financing so I can't comment on their finance offering. The Salesman, Rob, and I actually made the deal over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership the deal was exactly as he stated over the phone, no surprises. What can I say? Couldn't be happier. I haven't tried the service department yet, but the new car preparation was perfect. More

He was the most helpful and forth coming person I had the privilege of dealing with there. I wasn't in the best place as far as credit scores go, a situation that a lot of us deal with these days. Rich was able to work some sort of magic and got me an interest rate I was extremely happy with. Not only did he work hard on that, he also went out of his way to help me clean up my credit report. Now even after I purchased the car and had been driving it for a few weeks, some questions about the financing popped up, he was more than willing to help and get to the bottom of the issue. In my opinion, Rich is the model of what all dealership personnel should strive to be. Thank you again for all your help........ More

When I left it for repair I asked that the whole door not be repainted, but they did anyway and the color doesn't match. I rated my experience accordingly. Yesterday I e-mailed Bob Lindner, my sales person, about a wobble/shimmy concern that I have and this was his reply. "Get your concern solved by Chrysler! You gave us a lousy review and now reach out for help? Get someone who cares! I don't !" Matt More

Both the salesman Steve G. and the financial Richard DeMott were a pleasure to work with. The whole staff of employees were very pleasant even when the dealership was rapidly moving fast during the labor day crowds that were at the dealership. I would definitely recommend Town and Country to everyone that would want to purchase a vehicle. More

We could not be happier with the quality of the car, the price that we received, the financing, and the courtesy and honesty of both the salesman Jason and the gentleman who sold us our warranty for the car, Steve. We walked out feeling that we are in very good hands, especially since we purchased the lifetime warranty on our new car. This was our second purchase within 1 1/2 years at this dealership. The salesman, Jason sold us my son's 2013 Avenger in April of 2013, and the reason we went back to him was that in all our years of car purchasing, we have never ben made to feel the way Jason made us feel...like our business was really appreciated . There were no games, high pressure tactics, or arrogant attitudes as we have seen in other dealerships over the years.. We were actually moved to shift our purchase from GM products to Dodge, a complete change in our shopping behavior over the last 15 years. We came quite a long way to purchase our Dodge from Town and Country at Levittown and I guarantee we will be back again to see Jason for our next car purchase! Thank you Jason, Steve, and Town and Country!!! More
Not good, feel like I got ripped off This is my 7th or 8th leased car from chrysler. 2nd time from this dealer. Went into dealer and told Jeff I wanted the best possible price on a 2014 Jeep Latitude. Told him I had been shopping around and I am ready to make a purchase. After going back and forth with different prices with Jeff (who was very nice) I left there unhappy because I felt like they jacked up the price to then offer me a lower price. I was still shopping around and searching online. I received a call a few days later from Jeff asking me what he can do to get me to purchase a car from them. I told him that I dodn't like to play games so he asked me to please give him a chance to speak to his manager and I said ok. He called me back with a very good lease price so I decided to go back to the dealer. When I was in the 1st time they thought I had 3 lease payments left on my last car (but I had paid one payment and when I looked it up I only had 1 payment left) So right there I saved the dealer $636.00 that they were gonna pay off for me. The deal they made with me was $3000.00 down and one months lease payment and transferring my plates from my other car. I left them a $300.00 deposit aqnd when I picked up the car I was supposed to pay the rest. The day I picked up the car they had me there for several hours doing paperwork and they asked me for the info on my last lease payment so that they could pay it off. I went through a lot of phonecalls to get this info for them. When I got home I started to look at my lease agreement because I thought I was charged too much. I called jeff the next day and he agreed that I was charged too much. I was told I would be getting a refund on my card. After many called and finally going to the dealer I was told a check was sent to me and given a copy of the papers. when i got home i saw yet again they were playing games. The check that was sent to me was my last months lease payment that they were supposed to take care of for me. Yet again spoke to Rich Demott to be told another story. They added a rediculous amount on to my lease for motor vechicle fees. I only transferred plates from my other car. I guess thats how they get money from the consumer. They should have absorbed those fees. The fees shouldn't be that high to begin with. Ended up costing me $3691.00 I will not return to that dealer and I think they should held to the agreement they made with me and return my $300.00. More
Snarky, Snotty, and a GM that hangs up on customers My wife and I leased 2 new Chrysler/Dodge cars from this dealership in June 2014. (The ONLY pleasant experience was with our sales rep Scott Froehlich My wife and I leased 2 new Chrysler/Dodge cars from this dealership in June 2014. (The ONLY pleasant experience was with our sales rep Scott Froehlich - 5 stars for him). I wanted a hitch installed for my wife's Durango so I scheduled service about 3-4 weeks ago. First, the customer-facing representative for Town & Country Jeep, Suzanne, is very snarky on the phone or in person. She basically treats customers like they're idiots. So if you're a customer getting service, be prepared: virtually ANY question you ask will be met with a snotty response from Suzanne. Second, I scheduled my drop-off at 7A on a Friday (I got there 15 minutes earlier than that). There is virtually no room at their service facility (for parking). They have this moronic policy where you actually have to drive the car up to 'the window' get valet service. The problem with this is that after 4 or 5 cars line up, the 6th, 7th, 8th, et. al cars actually have to line up IN THE STREET. This can be somewhat dangerous as it is morning rush hour and the street is one-way and very narrow. Third, my service was very simple - A hitch install with NO wiring, NO programming. Bolt-on, that's it. I would do it myself but you have to remove the bumper and ideally have a lift to get to it. But when I called at 3PM (8 hours later) to check on the status, here are the responses I received from Suzanne (all with a curt, snobby tone): "Your car isn't IN yet." "I don't KNOW when your car will be done. It may be next week." "I don't have a technician to work on this, so if it goes into tomorrow (Saturday) it won't be worked on until next week" "YOU have a rental from us. Drive THAT around". (The interesting thing is Suzanne refers to the technician and the service department as 'hers.' She doesn't run the department. She schedules appointments). Then my wife called the General Manger of the dealership, Fred Hoyt, who countered her complaints with things like 'Yeah? So What', and abruptly hung up on her. Then my wife was instructed to speak with Tom Hearne, the service and parts manager. Let me tell you this guy walks around doing absolutely nothing, and he looks like a Zombie. Tom, get some coffee and put a spring in your step, please. Wake up, there are customers who need to be pleased. So needless to say, Tom contributed zero to this problem.. There were only two better examples of service that day. Jim Ingrassia (Service Advisor, presumably 2nd-in-command at service, after Sleepy Tom) actually acted (a little) like he cared. I think it was he who actually accelerated getting the job done (so it was a 9-hour service versus me waiting until the next week). The other example was the technician who worked on my car. I think his name was Maneuelo or Manolo (apologies I don't know the exact spelling). He was excellent - he actually had more politeness and acted with more purpose than the aforementioned employees. So, BEFORE You buy a car at this dealership, you should anticipate about how you'll get treated AFTER the sale. Buyer Beware! More
