According to salesperson Youri Chassagne, the company adds the following unadvertised fees to every price: (1) $1,100 in dealer fees ($400+ for bringing the vehicle to their dealership from an auction; nearly $700 for "dealer prep fees"); (2) $1,495 if you don't take dealer financing -- even if you pay in full upfront. Mr. Chassagne explained on September 27, 2014 to my wife and I that those fees are "written in stone" and will not be negotiated under any circumstances. [When I asked point blank if he was willing to blow up a $19,000 deal, to be paid in full on the spot, for a 2014 Jeep Compass over the $1,100 dealer fees, he replied, "Yes." He then said he also had to add $1,495 because I wasn't financing, saying "it helps to read the fine print in our ads." (The ads in fact do not disclose any fee for paying in full, only saying different versions of "prices include Town & Country Chrysler Jeep finance program.") I walked out after Mr. Chassagne refused several times to waive either fee, and purchased another vehicle for less elsewhere. Multiple written and phone requests for comment from the company, Mr. Chassagne, sales managers, and other personnel at the dealership went unanswered for several weeks. More

THIS IS WHAT 52,000 GETS YOU MY CAR WAS NOT DELIVERED AS PROMISED. WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED IT HAD ONLY 1 KEY. IT TOOK THEM OVER A WEEK TO ADMIT THAT THEY LOST THE SECOND KEY. THE CA MY CAR WAS NOT DELIVERED AS PROMISED. WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED IT HAD ONLY 1 KEY. IT TOOK THEM OVER A WEEK TO ADMIT THAT THEY LOST THE SECOND KEY. THE CAR WAS NOT DETAILED WITH WRITING ON THE BACK SEAT BACK AND VERY LITTLE FUEL IN IT. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS NOT FAVORABLE AND I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS DEALER IN THE FUTURE DESPITE FREE SERVICE FOR A YEAR. I WOULD RATHER PAY FOR MY OIL CHANGES, ETC. THAN BE AGGRAVATED BY THEM AGAIN. I WROTE TO CHRYSLER ABOUT THESE ISSUES BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIVE TO MY ISSUES. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE.
