He let us know along the way how much time each step would take so we were fully aware of what to expect and his estimates were always accurate. He really was a pleasure to work with. We then were introduced to Richard DeMott to discuss our financing options. He too made our experience wonderful. What could have bee a painful process was extremly pleasant. Richard fully explained our options and actually found us an even better interest rate then we had planned on. I had a tray replaced in my console and he noticed that the top of the console was not operating properly so he told me that he was going to order a new console top. Not only did he fix my original problem but went above and beyond to alleviate what would have been another problem and another trip to the dealership. He is very patient and always courteous to everyone he deals with. I had the occasion to listen to several phone calls he had with customers. They were verbally berating him and he took it professionally and with the utmost of patience. He is a credit to the dealership. Please acknowledge his "above and beyond" attitude! More
