The car had an electrical odor coming from it and they refused to address the speaker issue which may have been the cause of the smell. In addition the vehicle has scratches that I could live with but they would not make any price adjustments or remove the junk fees. What are they for then? The salesperson was arrogant/non negotiable and countered my offer with the full price and the manager that sends a automated message wanting to assure that I was satisfied with my visit wouldn't even return my call! Go figure! I couldn't even get the customer service representative that I originally spoke with to return my call! Not the place for customer service. More

I was given a sales person who could have given a crap about selling a car. The more research I started the more underlying and sneaky back door things I found the dealership had done on my previous purchase. Sold me a 3rd party service claim instead of the Chrysler one for more money. I also found the gap insurance they sold was gap insurance but a dealer only auto shield policy only useable at that dealer forcing you to purchase a car from them only. My only advice I can give is avoid this dealer like a plague they really give dealers a bad name worst worst worst ever. So much more I could go on with how bad my expierence was just learn from my mistake aviod this place More

BE CAREFUL THOUSANDS IN HIDDEN FEES ARROGANT AND UNINFORMED when i first saw the car I wanted i called and asked the woman who answered if i could pay with a capital one check and the rest in cash to which i wa when i first saw the car I wanted i called and asked the woman who answered if i could pay with a capital one check and the rest in cash to which i was told it is no problem. when i went to get the car as soon as i mentioned the check i was told "If youre not financing with us the price isnt the same" i said thats against the law you must sell the car for the price listed. i was then told that right by the price it says only if you finance through us. ( Which is a lie) i explained to youri (the man "helping" me) when i called i should have been informed of that. he told me the woman at the desk knows nothing. he then told me the check i was holding in my hand wasnt a check. he had this idea that i had to get my credit run again and get qualified for a check i was already qualified for and holding in my hand. he then went on to explain that he worked for capital one and thats how it works ... again he was wrong. so i asked how to go about getting their financing to which i was told they would have to run my credit "once". at the time i was hesitant bc i just had my credit run to get the check that he insisted was not a check. i finally agreed. they ran my credit 6 times (which i didnt know until i recieved denial letters). now the price of the car was $13,985 and right next to it where Youri claimed it said only if you use our financing... it actually said final price and i have pitures of the site to prove this. so you would think 13,985 would actually be the final price before taxes of course. but now he adds gas delivery and a few other charges so the car ends up being $17000 WITH THEIR FINANCING!!! so i tell him i want to put down $7000 in cash to which im now told i can only put down 10% and i have to finance 90% through them to which i still agree. i put down a $500 deposit and i was told if anything goes wrong it would be returned to me within two weeks. for some reason i couldnt get the insurance that day so i gave the deposit and left, i tried for a few days to get the insurance and i was having an issue so i called and spoke to youri and told him to cancel and send me my refund and he said ok. about a week later i was able to get the insurance and i went back to get the car. i was told the $500 deposit was already in the mail. now i go into a room with a guy named steve whos going to "help" me with the financing. . this guy steve asked me how much im going to put down and i told him 10% like im allowed his response was you can put down whatever you want. i explained that youri told me i could only put down 10% and he said i dont know why youri told you that he doesnt know what hes talking about. so i try to put down $4000 cause thats all i had on me. you would think that should come off the 17000. WRONG. . somehow after i put $4000 cash down i still owe $17000 on the $13,985 car. with my capital one check i had i would have been paying $250 a month. Steve tells me the financing through them is 399 a month . i told him thats never happening i was going to pay 250 with my loan. so now he tells me he can get it lower but i need to add different types of warranties which will lower the interest and not change the price.so i added a extended warranty and a tire warranty. I bought the car anyway even though i was sure i was being robbed. now im waiting for my refund check, a month goes by and nothing i call youri on his cell phone and he tells me hes gonna go check it out now, give him about a half hour and hell call me back. he didnt call me back so i again called his cell phone and he didnt answer. i called about 3 times with no answer then called the buisness itself and was told hes unavailable could we take a message. i told them to have youri call me back and he didnt. the next day i call again and he tells me give him an hour and call him back. i call back in an hour (again calling his cell) with no response. the next day i call and speak to a manager who tells me to give him a half hes going to find out whats going on and hell call me back. he said he doesnt understand why youri didnt just issue the refund it takes 5 minutes. so in a half hour he calls me back and says your absolutely right we owe you $500. the reason it wasnt sent out (although i was already told it was in the mail) was it was not put it as a depost. (hmmm very fishy) but it wil be sent out tomorrow morning. so i had to wait almost 2 months to get my refund. i lost my phone about the time i recieved the check and wanted information on how to go about getting the car checked when need be. so i went into the online chat and explained to them the situation. i was told i would be contacted within 24 hours and was not contacted, this happened about 8 times before i stopped contacting them. then i recieved an email saying my 3 months is almost up, schedule an appointment for them to look over the car. again i went online to find out about this process to which i was lied to again and told i would be contacted through email. i did this everyday for about a week and the last person i spoke to i explained everything that happened from day 1. i was told i would be contacted by a manager via email. the next day i receive an email from a manager but he tells me to call although ive explained way too many times that i do not have a phone. so my 3 month inspection was never done. when i finally got a phone i called and spoke to a manager who i tried to explain everything that happened but the ignorant man kept cutting me off. he told me steve (the man who helped with financing) was wrong about what i can put down for deposit. he also said steve made money on my $4000 deposit and thats why it didnt go towards the price of the car. he claimed everywhere charges for delivery gas etc, which isnt true when the place says final price. i explained to him what happened with the 3 months and he had this idea that no one on his side did anything wrong. so everyone i spoke to said the prior person didnt know what they were talking about, they were rude, disrespectful, not helpful in any way. they robbed me of over $4000 and did nothing to make up for all the probelms they caused. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE More

I am glad I didn't because from my first step into the dealership I was greeted by happy faces and offered refreshments until a sales person could help me. I was greeted by Jason Mascia and from that point the rest was history! Jason was very professional and kind in his approach with me; he made me feel that it was all about what price and optional package would make me happy and fit my budget than just pushing a car and a heavy price tag on me. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend anyone shopping for a new car to visit this dealership for kind and friendly honest service. More

Unbelievably bad experience with a New Jeep! I am not the type of person who writes negative reviews lightly but I feel that this one is well deserved, but you decide. I purchased a New 2015 Jeep I am not the type of person who writes negative reviews lightly but I feel that this one is well deserved, but you decide. I purchased a New 2015 Jeep Cherokee Overland Summit less than 10 days ago from Town & Country in Levittown. My sales rep Brian was very nice and said to contact him if I had any problems. 2 Days later my Jeep was making a horrible grating sound when accelerating. Upon telling service the car was 2 days old, they told me this did not matter, they had no loaner and recommended I schedule a visit the next week if I need a loaner even though I told them my concern about something really bad happening if I waited and it was the transmission. They seemed to care less of the newness of the car, my salesperson could not do anything further for me. I arranged to bring car in and fortunately they fixed the problem that same day. 9 days later my car would not start, I called Town & Country who said I had to call Chrysler’s roadside people. The towing guy arrived and said it was not the battery and he had to tow it. It was raining out and I wanted to exchange the key I had given him to the spare which did not have my other keys on it. He made me climb onto the flatbed to retrieve my key myself, I slipped and almost fell off his flatbed but he smirked and went back into the truck and left with my car. Service called me and said again they had no loaner car but would look at the care immediately. I was so aggravated at this time that I called Town & Country to speak to the manager. 2 hours later he had not called back and service had not called me so I called again asking for the GM, they would not put me thru to the GM but then gave me another manager who said there were only 2 of them working and they were busy. I explained my situation and felt I was getting any sympathy or consideration with my new vehicle considering I had to bring my new car in twice in 10 days, I even told him I was considering writing a review about my treatment. He gave me no sympathy but said he would call service and check on my car. It is past closing time 745PM and I have heard neither from service nor the manager, so I have no regrets about writing this. I would strongly recommend you not purchase a car from Town & Country!!!!! More
