Today my husband and I just walked into Town & Co I was on the telephone the night before with Melissa regarding my query about buying a Jeep Compass. Today my husband and I just walked into Town & Country Jeep looking to get more information about a Compass Latitude. We met Melissa who in turn introduced us to Scott, a very well informed, could answer any question I threw at him kind of guy. He was very honest and very helpful with me choosing a car. We did, however go to Westbury Jeep, where we did purchase our Jeep in 2012 so we decided to go there first. The saleswoman really could not answer my questions to my satisfaction. So we left. We will be back to Town & Country very soon to test drive and get my car! THANKS SCOTT! More

I've had very uncomfortable dealings with NY Dealers before. Luckily, I was paired with Billy C. as my customer service rep from the Pre-Owned Department. Billy was knowledgeable, friendly, and listened for what I wanted. We wasted no time on anything other than what I was interested in. From our saying hello to his putting my new plates on my new (certified pre-owned) he was nothing but helpful, relaxed, and honest. In truth, I was blown away at how easy it was. One of the last steps was the financing of our purchase which Rich DeMott helped my wife and I through. Basically, Rich was a prince. He wasted not a second of our time. The paperwork was simple with no surprises and I got a rate bettter than they mentioned on the phone, which already beat my credit union. During our brief time together (thank you, God), rich showed me two ways to better my credit. He also said to stop buy when I get my "freecreditreport" and we'll have a cup of coffee together while he shows me how to clean up items from my past. These are good people who care about my time as well as their reputation. From beginning to end Town & Country far exceeded my and my wife's expectations. Thank you guys! More

We found the 2014 Chrysler Town and Country on the web for a great price. A few days later we were driving out to Long Island to Town & Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge to see the car we wanted. We met with Youri, the salesperson who helped us throughout the entire process. He was friendly and very attentive to what we wanted. Due to a snow storm our transaction took longer than expected, however during that time every question I had was answered. Youri took all of my calls and when he could not, he returned the call. I was very happy with all of his help. We also met with Richard who took care of the financial aspect of the buying process. Richard was also very helpful and very knowledgeable. Richard explained everything about our payments and interest and took care of all of our questions and concerns. We are extremely happy with our purchase! The entire process from start to finish was very easy. I definitely recommend them. More
Damaged and/or defected products I recently leased two Dodge vehicles at Town & Country, a Challenger and a Dart. Both vehicles were received at night, making the inspection process d I recently leased two Dodge vehicles at Town & Country, a Challenger and a Dart. Both vehicles were received at night, making the inspection process difficult. The next morning we noticed a "ding" on the passenger side door of the Dart. The car was driven from the dealership to my driveway, no stops between. There was nothing in the driveway that could have hit the door, leading us to the realization the "ding" was there when we picked up the car the night before. My wife brought the car back that morning and was initially treated as she was running a "scam", but after some "debate" they agreed to repair the "ding" free of charge. She was given a "We Owe" slip, and all the arrangements for the service and the loaner car were left up to her to make. The thought that they knowingly gave us that vehicle with a door ding (it had to be seen by the detailer) prompted a more thorough inspection of the vehicle when i got home from work, which revealed a paint defect above the left rear wheel well. Now, I'm back at the dealership that afternoon. I showed the defect to my salesperson (there was foreign matter sealed beneath the paint) The car was taken to the service dept. who confirmed the Manufacturers Defect. At least this time, my Salesperson Lori, took the responsibility of setting up the service appointment and the loaner car. The next morning I decide to give my other vehicle, a Dodge Challenger, a closer look, and I find that the drivers side fender is out of alignment, it almost touched the hood where they meet below the windshield. I call my salesperson, and she refers me to service. After two visits to service I'm finally put in touch with their "Body" mechanic and he confirms the "Manufactures Defect" So, my choices are to either have a new fender put on and painted to match or have the current fender "Altered". That appointment is scheduled later this month. Shortly thereafter i received a letter from Town & Country's General Manager Hoyt, which stated if you were not 100% satisfied to call him. So, I did and explained all of the above to him. In shock, I was told, "what are you worried about, there not your cars" (because they are leases) When i asked about their inspection process he stated "We cant catch every defect" This begs the question, How many defects do new Dodge vehicles have that you cannot "catch them all". I was also told that, "We just sell them, we don't make them. If there's something wrong I just fix them and bill Dodge" To me, this showed a lack of concern about the condition of the vehicles they are turning over to the consumer. Its seems they are content with getting you off the property without noticing the problem. Although my Salesperson Lori was excellent I have to say this was the worst auto buying experience I've ever had in 30 years. I cannot recommend this dealership. Once the deal was made we were treated as more of an annoyance. No one ever acknowledged that I, the consumer, was the one being unfairly inconvenienced. There was never so much as an apology. And due to all the problems with the vehicles themselves I wouldn't recommend the Dodge line of vehicles either. More
