NEVER GO TO THIS DEALER Went in to lease Jeep Grand Cherokee and was provided with a quote. It was Friday and they could not run the credit making excuses and not giving us a Went in to lease Jeep Grand Cherokee and was provided with a quote. It was Friday and they could not run the credit making excuses and not giving us and proper reason for not getting anything approved. We kept going back to this dealership till Sunday afternoon and yet no reason was provided for why they cannot get the approval. They gave a lame excuse saying that it is Sunday and the Chrysler system can not approve any credits on weekends. The sales person Marco Noto was rude and was unable to answer any of the questions. At the end on Sunday when I walked out of the dealership I asked for my credit application and documents and he refused to give them back to me. Shameful customer service. There are many more dealerships around go there. Go to them and do not waste time at this dealership. I went to Westbury dealership after 3:30 PM on Sunday and drove out with new Jeep Cherokee by 6:00PM. The way to go service. Go there and walk out happy. More

The dealership wanted to move their inventory and gave me a great deal. THE MAIN REASON FOR MY REVIEW IS THE SERVICE DEPT. Over the 5 yrs I've owned my Jeep I dealt with Jim Ingrassia many, many times and I have only great things to say. He's very fair and helpful. I had a 5 yr extended warranty on my car and just a few days before it was up the power locks on the driver side door went. Needless to say if I waited a day or two longer to report it I would have to pay about $400.00 to get it fixed. I called Jim and he squeezed me in to his service calendar at the last minute. I waited a couple hours and my car came back repaired and No charge. THANKS JIM !! I would buy from Town & Country again and have my car serviced there without hesitation - Great Experience. More
