Pleasent experience I was in the market for a new vehicle and I stumbled upon Town & Country due to their large amount of certified pre owned vehicles. I found a Durango I was in the market for a new vehicle and I stumbled upon Town & Country due to their large amount of certified pre owned vehicles. I found a Durango that I really liked but eventually decided on getting a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland which I am very pleased with. They gave me great money on my trade in every where else I went I felt like they were insulting me. I was lucky enough that I ended up getting Phil Hodges as my salesman and he was great from the word go. Phil was very personable and had a vast knowledge of every thing he had on his lot. Car salesman tend to get a bad rap but Phil was excellent and very honest thru the whole process. When I decided on the Jeep that I wanted Phil started to get everything rolling immediately. He had the truck detailed and didn't have me sit around told me once the finance guy was free he would call me and we would finish everything pretty seamlessly. He was right on the money I came back and sat with Rich their finance guy and he didn't try to push anything on me very nice and straight forward. Short time after sitting with Rich I was getting into my new Jeep and couldn't be happier with the vehicle or the buying experience. You want to make sure you are dealing with someone is knowledgable, compassionate for your bottom line and amazing follow up skills. I was very lucky to have all of this with Jamie Yellin. He asked questions to find the right car for our needs. He reviewed all of the benefits of dealing with this dealership first. He made sure we undertood it wasn't just a purchase of a vehicle but a long term relationship with the dealership we buy from. He was very reasonable in his cost when we discussed our price points. I didn't feel I was being ripped off as we did in other dealerships. Once we leased our vehicle he made sure it was detailed and ready when he said it would be. He took the time to call our insurance company and facilitate all paperwork for us with them. He made sure we had a ride to get the vehicle and he sat patiently working with us through a few changes we needed. He even came in on his day off. After we bought it he called to follow up more then once to see if we where happy with the jeep.
