Service Dept i purchased a certified pre owned Dodge Ram from this dealership. Come have had numerous issues with it the following month. When I brought it in for i purchased a certified pre owned Dodge Ram from this dealership. Come have had numerous issues with it the following month. When I brought it in for service I was told they could not find anything wrong with it. I had to call 5 times and still never got an answer or a diagnosis for the vehicle. The truck stalls out unexpectedly and is dangerous. Jim states the tuck is safe but will not put in writing. Jim stated "It is safe but I will not put in writing because we don't know what is wrong with it". I found this gentleman to be very condescending with zero lack of concern for the safety of his vehicles and those he puts in them. This is by far the worst dealership with the WORST service department I have EVER dealt with. Once this truck dies, I will NEVER return to them and I strongly recommend going to SECURITY DODGE and AVOIDING LEVITTOWN TOWN AND COUNTRY AT ALL COSTS. They do not care about you, your safety, your vehicle and they will speak down to you. I hope you take heed to my advice. More

Jim is the best car sales man! I hate dealing with car dealers they tend to talk way too much to try to clench the deal! Jim is very versatile, friendly and can read people well. He realized right away that I am a straight shooter and have no time for sales jargon! He got to the facts showed me what I wanted to see and then sold me 2 cars purely because he listened to what I wanted and called a spade a spade and was honest! He knows his products and he is confident in what he was sells and thus clenches the deal!! Jim is unlike any other car sales man my company has ever dealt with. He made the transaction very easy, he followed up with texts and calls, he helped me with the paperwork and made himself available on his cell phone after hours in order to make the deal go through. Jim is probably the most intelligent and well put together slaes man in the dealership! I highly recommend him and will use him as my only contact in finding cars for our company in the future!! I am leaving 2 reviews because he sold me 2 cars!! More

Most salesmen I've spoken to are not approachable, but Jamie is the opposite... I attempted to buy this same car from Bayridge Brooklyn, but the sales people there are nasty. They have no manners. Wouldn't go to any other dealership Jim gave me the best possible price for my vehicle that I could not find anywhere else. I also wanted a few things fixed on the jeep and he bent over Jim gave me the best possible price for my vehicle that I could not find anywhere else. Next, Richard did my finances and got me such an amazing deal with my payments for my car and worked around what was most convenient for me AND even went the extra mile to make sure I save on interest down the road. We met Scott this year when leasing a RAM Truck and loved him so much I went back 2 months later and he put me into my Jeep Patriot. He helped me end my current lease and lowered my payments $150 per month as compared to my previous Sante Fe payment. He is a true professional while being fun and witty at the same time. He won't BS you and if you're honest with him on what you want and can afford, he will get you into a car.
